Iāve been here many times but maybe the last 4 times Iāve continued to have bad experiences. The last 2 times I got fungus on my nails & Iāve never had that in my life! & one time when they removed my nails & saw the fungus , they just shaved it off. The girls who do nails well are the girl in the middle row in the middle seat & the girl behind her with the glasses. They actually listen to you. An older lady at the end of the second row did my pedicure & literally ripped off a whole piece of skin literally an inch long! from my big toe which didnāt need to happen!! My toes are fine and dandy , they didnāt need that. It hurt so bad & now my toe is swollen and infected ! I did my toes for a special event and couldnāt even walk , it hurt so much! The gel is coming off now because Iāve had to add medicine , etc ! She said I needed it but no I did not need skin completely torn off!!! I keep my feet clean and done so they didnāt need that. Then they never listen when I ask for them to be filed square. They cut too much nail off the corners and they end up looking like triangles. The lady in the first row with glasses is also hardheaded and wonāt fix issues. Last time she did them she left my almond nails all sorts of shapes with crusty edges. This is not worth more than $100+!! Absolutely not! They literally popped off the next week. Anyways , Iām dissatisfied and wish some off the staff listened more and were more careful because I did enjoy other services by other staff who actually do a great job. Wish I knew their names.

If you go pay in cash cause they like to go and re adjust the end amount/ tip as soon as you leave.. when I left they went and tipped themselves 10 extra dollars on top of the tip I left without asking or telling me. Sneaky and weird.

I LOVE it here !!!! They are so nice and itās so quiet and calming. Customer service 10/10 I feel so comfortable and welcomed when Iām getting my hands & feet done. Their work is so good I get small frenchies with my toes to match and itās very soothing when they do my feet. Itās my 2nd time coming and I think this will definitely be the spot. My boyfriend also comes here as well and they are respectful to him and gets his nails cleaned up nice ! Thank you all for your beautiful work

1st time getting a pedi here & not coming back--they do not dry them/UV light-- polish did not even last more than 30mims. So disappointed :-( and on top of that the lady was mean, too harsh.

I can't complain about the result, but the tech kept trying to tell me the price of what I asked for as if she thought I couldn't afford it! I was handed the price list and services when I sat down! AND WOULD NOT EVEN START UNTIL SHE WAS SURE I UNDERSTOOD! ?So condescending! Yet, I gave her a tip....we all have to make a living
