A buddy of mine parked next to me while I was here. He went to the gym. They closed in 20min and still had his car towed for being in their lot despite the lot being so packed it was the only place to park. You have to be a certain kind of petty to do that. These people are also incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Terrible service, lady kept looking outside while doing nails checking parking lot for parkers using her spaces. Nicked me a couple of times because she was distracted the whole time.

they are extremely sneaky/ over priced.
I told the lady exactly what I wanted, regular gel pedicure. She showed me the $45 price & I agreed. I went to pay another lady said $70. No ma'am. What a scam
1st lady had the nerve to come & say some customers don't ask about the prices. I reminded her how l asked & she only shared the $45 cost not the extra $25 on top
Mind you it's a basic, nothing special single basic color. I also made it known it was my first time there.
The price I agreed to vs the price the 2nd lady charge me did not match. She wanted me to over look it. Why didn't you disclose the full price ? I was a customer that asked, I reminded her how she keep trying to up-sale other service & I respectfully decline.
What a scam
SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS I should have read the reviews. I did NOT authorize, the lady said it was late ( card already ran) the 2nd lady acted like she didn't speak English

Nails was popping off by day 4 because they wanna put a little itty bitty dot of glue but charge $55 for a short basic set. I used to do nails and my clients nails would last for weeks. Then one man up there got mad at me and refused to do my feet because I asked for him to use clean utensils…. Scary. But anyway, I won’t be back

I went to 2 nail shops and it was 1 hour wait..Went to this nail shop and there was 1 customer, they charged me $35 to regular polish my hands n feet..Wanted to charge me $65 for fill, regular polish. NOPE NEVER AGAIN, THEN YOU WONDER WHY THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMERS..

Staff was very accommodating for my disability needs, cut nails exactly as asked, and just very sweet and friendly. I will definitely return.
