automotive knowledge. Along with beauty she physically helped me replace my windshield wipers while the other employees couldn’t complete the task another reason which makes this location Top Choice.

The only O'Reilly's that give you good customer service I am a owner of a&j and Ms Barbie is the best person in the world to deal with parts on time and she definitely make sure you're happy and the parts fit my shop is in South Dallas and I can't buy a decent part at the O'Reilly's in South Dallas

I had a fantastic experience at this auto parts location that I want to share. From the moment I walked in, the staff provided exceptional customer service, making me feel welcomed and valued. One thing that stood out during my visit was how proactive they were in assisting customers. I observed them asking patrons if they would like their wiper blades installed instead of waiting for someone to request that service. This thoughtful approach not only saves time for customers but also shows that they genuinely care about our needs. Kudos to Manager Barbie and her team for fostering such a positive and attentive atmosphere! Keep up the great work!

made an online order after business hours for next day pickup. order should be ready sometime after 9 am as the parts were in stock. never got a confirmation for pickup or even a processing update, but yet the order was pulled. no one was able to answer why I was not notified of the status of my order for a full day. they really dropped the ball on this one.

I came to buy some breaks and they gave me the wrong ones, I came another time to recharge and test my battery and they said it would be an hour. I came six hours later and it hadn’t been charged and the associate told me “it’s their fault not mine, it’ll be an hour” customer service is bad and they are disorganized.

Had them test a battery, they told me “bad battery, bad cell” took the same battery to Autozone down the street and they charged the battery for me and confirmed it was a good battery
