  Made it there at 6:24 walked around at 6:30 the lady said door closing in 15 minutes I said we'll it says yall close at 7:00pm.. she said we closed the door then but you can shop till 7pm. My whole thing if u close at 7. Close at 7pm... what if I made it there at 6:45.. I don't shop there but my sister needed a dress for an interview... Change the hours if u not gone stay open until the times online...

  Store closes at 9pm on Saturday. Went up there today 6/15/24 at 8:50pm and the doors were locked with employees inside. Would like to report to district manage?? I guess new closing hours are 8pm!!! Some people just don’t need to be employed if you aren’t going to abide by your store hours. Who’s the store manager?

  This business is a wasted space for retail shop in Desoto, the customer service is horrible,lay out of the whole store is ridiculous you can’t even walk in this place it’s so tight and over packed with racks of clothes everywhere. No fitting rooms, they look at you like hawks as if you trying to steal. I say a group of young girls trying to ship and the manager I assume was just watching every second of their movement was just really uncomfortable. First and last time as this location.

  So out of all the rainbows I’ve been to in the dfw area, the staff here are so professional and sweet. It makes you feel like you’re at your aunts house lol
  If you can’t find anything, they will help you out together an outfit !

  Store says open online and on the door same thing, I stood in the cold while the ladies at the counter were there doing whatever, no courtesy to come tell me they ain't open, if the store doesn't open At 10am then change the time frame on your see through glass. Those ladies are young to lack manners.,now the white and Mexican came the door got opened.

  They did have the item I came in to purchase. However, before we got into the store there was an elderly lady at the door ( I thought she was a customer waiting for family). Upon entering she stared us down. We began to walk through the rack of clothes to get where I needed to. I realize this is not the rack and I go to turn around and she is standing there in the way. Like ma’am I know you are following me. I JUST WALKED IN 2 Minutes AGO! I just feel like if you have to have 3 employees follow customers that just walked through the door maybe they should do an online clothing boutique instead of a store front. It’s never been like this before! Super uncomfortable and we will shop elsewhere.

  Very rude and unprofessional, first and last time shopping there, we had trouble finding a shoe, and asked for help, first off didn’t want to help there was an employee with a bad attitude, she proceeded to look for the shoe and said “they didn’t even look, it was right there, if they looked they could’ve found it” to another employee, & the shoe box wasn’t where the shoe was, it was on a whole other isle, and then she proceeded to throw the shoes in the box with an attitude, If you don’t want to work just get another job because she was also talking bad about her coworkers in front of customers.
