I went to get a vaccine and the pharmacy was great. It was very quick. I would recommend all my friends to get the vaccine or booster from Tom Thumb pharmacy.

Thumbs down on their online ordering and pick up. Did not get everything I ordered and was charged for those items. I called the store and was placed on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on. Called back and asked for a manager and placed on hold then phone rang for another 10 minutes and customer service picked up the call. Asked for a store manager and finally got someone who took my information and said she’d get back with me. Grade for today is a big fat “F”. Tom Thumb needs to do better!
Update on bad experience with online ordering and pick up. Kudos to the Tom Thumb staff for turning an unpleasant experience into a satisfying one. A gentleman named Michael in the department that handles the online shopping made things right for me and turned my rating from “F” to “B plus”. Thank you for taking care of the problem with great customer service!
