Everything about this store is in bad. Very unkept and not clean at all. And what is worse than employees do not care with their bad attitudes. I was standing at the Count to make a purchased and the lady working just walked away for about 5 minutes.Did not say I will be back.Did not say anything . Now I see why I have not shopped this store in about twenty years

This Ross is one of the worst I’ve been to in DFW so sad since Ross is my fav place to shop. They are extremely rude they yell at you for looking through clothes that’s still being “racked”. All the women who work there show they hate being there, I was standing next to a lady who was needed at the register and as soon as she gets off the radio she curses and says “they get on my nerves”. The girl who check me out just threw everything in a bag didn’t fold it just shows how careless she was and so lazy. Then they have security in the front watching all the registers who has to check your recite at the door to make sure you don’t steal but literally just marks your recite. What a waste of people’s time. I wish they would restaff everyone there with ppl who actually want to work.

Let me say this... I can not stand Ross new policy!!!! When you check out you have to STOP at the door and allow security to recheck the bag he/she just watched the cashier load from your purchase!!!! How asinine is that????
