He came and helped us when we were in need, promptly dispatching to our location as we were unable to drive on or remove the tire. “My fiance and I brought my car here to change wheels and tires. The service was great. When picking up my car I noticed one of my lug nuts was missing so my fiance let them know and they immediately just replaced all the lug nuts with new ones to make sure they were all torqued correctly.”
“We blew a tire on the way home and stopped by here hoping they might have tires to replace the blown one. They didn't but they tried to find a tire shop that did. It was later in the evening so everything else was closed, but Mike made sure the donut I was driving on, and the other tires, were fully aired up before sending us home. He was very nice and I appreciate how friendly the customer service here was.”
