Although the store clerk was nice, coughing inside humidor should be a big "no-no". Employees with colds should not be allowed inside the humidor! Shortly after leaving the store on Saturday, Aug 16th, I became ill myself with some type of strange dry sinus/ throat cold/flu.
After reflecting back on my ELD travels today, (otr trucker); I was only around others for the time I was at this store. Now (4:30pm-11:30pm), I am suffering with yet 350 miles to drive.
I was wondering if the other 5 persons that were at this store exp the same ailment(s) as I have described above. And I am not a sickly person!
Otherwise, both employees were friendly and helpful.
Again- Coughing whether minor or else, "SHOULD BE A "big no- no" inside the humidor!

Came here because they had the MOD I was looking for to replace the one I was using. Bought it... It stopped working after a couple of weeks... Came back and asked for a replacement MOD. Nope... Management was on the phone with the guy that was helping me and made a point to tell him to tell me I would need to bring it back in when management was in to make sure it wasn't user error. I bought a replacement MOD... I have been using the same one for four years. But I'm the idiot.Nevertheless I bought another one. But I will make sure next time I drive to San Antonio before going back here. Shame. Just want honest people. No customer service by management. Attendant was very nice.Don't go here. Beware. Sell you bad product and then blame it on you.
