System for the e-perscriptions First did no work, next day it needed 5 calls and 2 hours till they got it in their system and found out they didn't have the prescribed medication.

Why is it that pharmacy's in predominantly Black neighborhoods are terrible. I call and get, "hold.please". I called 3 times in a row... just called and was left on hold for 13 minutes...I was determined not to hang up, but I eventually did. This goes for the drive through as well..Geesh, you do not get this level of poor service in more affluent neighborhoods.

I love Tom Thumb but my first online order did not go well. I should wear my first instinct and trust another person to choose your produce both of my items my potato and aloe vera was disgusting. I had to throw both away I just feel like if you were going to pick food for another person at least try to do your best to pick the best food I don’t know about other people but I’m actually on bedrest if I wasn’t on bedrest I’ll actually be at the store getting my own food. This was a sad online experience now since I know better next time, I’ll do better, I’d rather go in the store and walk slow to in all the pain in the world crying my lungs out to get my own food before I let you pick my food again

Pharmacy is horrible. For the second time I have ordered meds online to be delivered and it never shows up. Their excuse is always no one was home not knowing I been home for the past week with cameras surrounding my home. Please use a better excuse with the next person you screw over.

I’m really impressed with the level of care and professionalism here. The staff went over and beyond to assist.(Forgive spelling) Khadijah and Casey were two of the beamed I recall. Over a three day period of problems with another pharmacy… this pharmacy’s staff ensured my prescriptions were transferred, filled, correctly priced, and delivered in a timely manner.

Meat department is bad no service staff are no help and don’t want to do there job,this is not the first time staff act like they don’t understand English they just play you because there lazy I won’t be returning to that store I like Tom Thumb and will travel extra to stay away from the Desoto store

I have to say the worst pharmacy in 20miles they are always "short staff" when there is always 3-4 workers. Completely Rude the head of HR should just shut this place down without any remorse to what happens to any of these employees maybe if they all got fired they would actually do better at a different job highly unlikely

I had a very odd, and rude, comment from Jeff. As a provider, I expect to receive the same professional courtesy that I give. Jeff was less than professional. I hope he doesn't treat my patients with the same disrespect.

Came in to the store on Saturday evening 6:00pm. There was only three cashiers. One at the service desk, one working a "regular" line and one assisting those in the self check-out. The employee on the regular line closed her lane and all the "customers" were forced to become "employees and use the only method...self checkout. The place looked and felt like Wal-Mart with more pricey food items.

This review is only based on the older gentleman with glasses that works the phone and counter at the pharmacy He’s been there a long time. He’s rude. Always rude. It’s important to always remain professional when servicing customers, especially in the healthcare industry. I do not understand how he is allowed to be so flip with his mouth. Unacceptable. The rest of the staff has always been helpful and pleasant.

Walk into Tom Thumb today at 8am to do a western union this young black female who work at the cash register had a nasty attitude with me and said they won't open until 10am ... at least she can be nice and not be rude ... will be calling corporate
