“Very nice customer service and the storage unit worked great, I actually accidentally didn’t lock the container correctly allowing it slide halfway up but they had great security and gave me a call the very next day. I never had time to check on the unit but everything was still in there so 10/10 will def be using again when I move out next semester.”

“The salesman RAUL was awesome. He had a detailed knowledge of trucks, install options, and other questions only a truck driver would know. As a company driver making a transition to owner operator Raul knew just wat to do. I recently purchased a truck from MHC, he helped me find lease on options to put the truck to work as well. I would highly recommend him and the dealership.”

“First, the guy at the front desk was great, quick, and made my pick up a breeze. Friendly suggestion - Make sure the trucks arent parked so close that you cant even walk in between them. Also, my trucks interior light was left on - thus creating a drained battery. The first couple of times my truck struggled to start. Thankfully, I finally figured out what was draining the battery. Also, my reservation had an appliance dolly added. Got to the location and was informed they didnt have any onsite and that I should check the other uhaul locations in the area. Thankfully the first one I called on Jefferson street had one, and he let me keep it in the truck after returning to my original drop off location. He didnt have to do that and for that I'm grateful. Needless to say, of course I was charged the extra mileage to go out of my way.”
“I had a great experience . This location had the best staff. I can here after another two different location gave me a hard time . But that’s a different review . The manager Ms Nicole Tatum was very nice, helpful polite . That lady deserves a raise. She made sure I was taking care of . Lonnie help me feeling up my tank of propane & recommend me to get a new tank . So guess what ? I did . I purchased a new one . Darron help me as well . Great service I definitely recommend this location. I appreciate it .”
