Worst walgreens ever. Back pain took me out of work for 2 days and this Walgreens or the people working their still don't have the order ready. They have it, they just haven't gotten around to it, even after I went up their the first day. How does this work? I'll be back to work before I even get my back pain medicine? Switching pharmacies.

Happy with the Walgreens on Beltline and WestMoreland, De Soto, Texas. They are very polite and helpful but the pharmacy some of the associates are not too pleasant! But overall I still give it a 5⭐️

The store was very clean and organized. Also, the customer service was great. Everyone said hi and asked if I needed any assistance. Gaery was wonderful.

This pharmacy somehow “lost” (deleted) my prescription before I could get it filled. On a Friday evening. I desperately need that medication and now I have to wait till Monday when my doctors office opens again and I can get a new prescription sent in. They gave me so much confusing information all day about it and finally just said there’s nothing they can do cause it was gone.

I m so tired of this pharmacy, first there will be 3 people working on looking for meds , line inside and drive thru . I wish I had option with different pharmacy, but because companies have Walgreens pharmacy is only once we can use sucks . They need to do better job never meds are ready you go stand in line inside or outside . It’s just very Inconvenient . No matter what time or day u go same issues

After my experience at the Cedar Hill location I was concerned that getting a prescription filled here would be a similar experience. That was absolutely not the case. I was greeted at the door by the cashier, the facility was clean, well stocked, and the pharmacy team was fantastic! Highly recommend this location!!

KamAii is so amazing, as soon as I walk in the store she greet me and always ready to help me find any items in the store ! Walgreens y’all are truly blessed to have a Angel like KamArii working here. Thank you KamArii for all your help .

Old white man with brown teeth working the photo counter refused to take my mother & I’s passport pictures because apparently they’re doing “Christmas photos/Christmas card pictures only” in the afternoons and evenings. There was nobody but one other lady in the chair. He just didn’t want to help us. This review is really 0 stars
