One star is very generous. But they have nothing lower. This place is awful. The pharmacy is extremely incompetent. It was not always like that. Something bad must have happened.
Getting my prescriptions filled has become a hassle. They are not polite and rarely have my prescriptions.
My wife and I are here trying to get the vaccines she made an appointment for. They were not prepared. We have been here an hour.
My wife was asked why she was getting vaccines here and told them her doctor sent her and she had made an appointment.
The woman left and said she would get the vaccines ready. And that is the last we have hear so far. Hopefully we can get this over with soon. But I have had enough. Hopefully CVS will be better.

I am transferring my prescriptions from this location even though it is very conveniently located near my home and I have had my business here since it opened. I am doing this because they have become totally inept at filling prescriptions on time and their communication is terrible.
For auto refills they make automated calls to the point of harassment telling you that they are going to work on your prescription or that it will be ready at a certain time/date, but when the time comes they start telling you that they are running behind schedule.
When you request an order online, they provide a date when it will be ready but if you go online to check if it's ready you are often directed to call., which is another nightmare because the automated system cannot help you and you have to remain on hold for an eternity to find that they don't have the drug. Then later they fill the prescription partially with 5-10 pills of a 90-day order.
If you begin to express frustration during a phone call you might be placed on hold again until the system hangs up on you. After this just happened to me, I called back and asked to speak to the store manager. They were gone for the day. The person in charge, the Shift Lead listened to what happened to me, then put me on hold the same way. But I called back again and got a pharmacist who promised to immediately fill my prescriptions that were requested a week earlier. Told me I could come pick them up right away. When I got there the drive thru line was almost around the building so I parked and came inside. I still waited about 20 minutes to receive 5 pills of one prescription and 10 of the other.

Tonight after sitting in the drive-thru since 6:20 I clearly see why the rating is this horrible. I usually go in the daytime. Ms T needs a serious attitude adjustment and when she refused to wait on me on the inside she was not corrected by the pharmacist. When the gentleman waited on me he asked for a consult for one of my meds. He eventually had to ask again since he didn't get a answer. The pharmacist never came to consult with me about the medication but cleared it. I didn't expect her to be as unpleasant and unprofessional as the rude older lady in the drive-thru.

Please DO NOT send your prescriptions to this pharmacy, you’ll never get them. Your call will get answered within 15-20 minutes after they pick up and say please hold 6-7 times. When you ask for prescription status, they cannot provide you an answer or solid eta. Save time and frustration, and go to a different pharmacy. Staff also seemed unprofessional in the way they communicate and ask questions.

I was told yesterday that my prescription would take a few hours to get filled since they were already filling other prescriptions so I asked if it would be better to come back today and she said yes you can pick it up in the morning since I work in the evening that would be fine. Now i go up there way pass the morning time to pick up my prescription and she now tells me it’s gonna be 30 more minutes but originally told me it would be ready this morning !!!? Now i have to come back AGAIN tomorrow and HOPE they have it ready Ugh Iam NEVER gonna have my prescription sent out to this pharmacy EVER AGAIN!!!

Been in pharmacy drive thru for over 15 minutes, the cashier doesn't seem to be excited or passionate about their career choice and the consumers are punished. If the medication is electronically submitted by physicians, it should not take forever to fill. This is ridiculous

Horrible customer service...cashiers need to improve basic customer service skills...greeting customer, thanking customer, inviting the customer back. Haven't been to this location in years, stopped by around 2pm...will not return. A few people in line, cashier had one speed..slow..no thank you or anything..just rude..& unpleasant..

The manager Monika is very rude and talks harsh to customers, she doesn't know how to have a professional conversation with customers who are patronizing their establishment, she is very condescending, I'm sure she doesn't know what that means, but they need to not allow her to serve the customers until she has had a refresher course on customer service and what it means..... before someone reaches behind the counter for her and her slick mouth
