Absolutely unsatisfied with the customer service. As soon as I walked up the man working behind the counter was throwing a fit that the lady at the prescription counter took me while they were closing while she also returned to tell him. I can’t just tell them to leave, not to mention we didn’t get our script. I’ve never had an issue but I will definitely not be sending it over to this location again.

This was my first time filing my prescription at this location. Amber provided excellent customer service over the phone. She was both compassionate and professional in providing service. I really needed my medicine, she went above and beyond to make sure I could get it.

I called to refill my prescription last week. They said I could pick it us yesterday. I had enough until today. So I go to pick it up and they tell me it’s back ordered. I think they should have called me to tell me that.

I have used Walmart pharmacy in DeSoto on belt-line rd for several years. Everything was good until I turned 65. Most people leave their private insurance and take Medicare but I kept my private insurance with my employer. I can use pharmaceutical discounts by doing it and all the doctors accept private insurance. Well it didn’t workout at all. They tried their best to sell me the medicine without the discount. Not just one person but most of them. I paid full price the last time I was there and decided to make a move. I took my prescriptions to Costco and they did an excellent job of filling my prescriptions with the discount. I should have done it seven years ago. Byby Walmart pharmacy! Thanks to one young man who did great once he learned how to do it. The others had no interest to help me.

Today I purchased and Item at the Walmart of 30 and Broadway. I tried multiple times contacting the store that was " to busy" to take my call. I finally spoke to an associate named Tasha that stated we are too busy to take your call. I contacted the cooperate office and filed a report. The number is 211106005496. Tasha was very defensive I asked her to provide me her name so that way I could reference the personI was talking to that stated there was not a Manager present. It's Walmart there is always a manager present? the issue is that I left an item in the store and it was time sensitive because if they place it back in inventory then they will have to cycle count just to prove that I didnt receive the item. It should simply be in the customer service area, however I am sure that was to much to ask since they were" to busy" and my call was less important that the people in the store. I am frustrated I live 57 miles away from this store and just wanted a little help. The actual store Managers name for this store is Rudy. absolutely zero help people make mistakes now I'm stuck out. I escalated the issue three tears in the cooperate office and they stated they would call me in the next 48 hrs. this item was my sons birthday gift! I guess I will just write him and I owe you. What is happening to customer service. I'm not asking for much? Just someone to get off their ass and say hey ya it's here come get it. So disappointing, it's associates like this that will eventually make Amazon the primary service provider. The crazy thing is that I actually manage one of the biggest sites that ship to Walmart if they fail I fail. So it's just disheartening when you get blown off from the Associate level, management level and cooperate office. I simply want my item or a refund that I fully paid for. I have my receipt. Rudy, if I were you since I am a Manager myself I would evaluate mrs. Tasha as her phone and problem solving skills are sub par. respectfully Rusty Cobb purchase number# TC #301227121322074180

Do not order grocery pick up! I placed my order at 9am and was told to come between 7-8pm. I get there and the manager and three other employees walk outside and talk for a while then proceeds to tell me that my order didn't come through, then he tells me that my order was cancelled THEN he changed his story that I could come back and get it in the Morning because they were short on pickers. He gave me the run around just to get me to cancel my order. This place is awful & they still have a hold on my $100 so I can't grocery shop until they release it!

Walmart auto center was supppppper slow. Very rude staff. Two hours for an oil change. Went there for an oil change and a new battery, yet they let us wait around for a full two hours with no communication until I had to ask what the hold up was. "It's done," they said. Went to pay and THEN they informed me they only did the oil change and they didn't have the battery in stock. They said they would call when they were done. They didn't call at all. I had to ask three times. Waste of time.

I called to check my rx status. And the person who was supposed to be helping me kept cutting me off mid-sentence and gave incorrect info regarding my medicine. She tried to charge me almost $100 for a rx that is 100% covered. Having my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. These people are rude.

I have come to this Walmart for specific items that were shown to be in stock according to the website. Upon arrival both times I s learned they show multiple items in stock on the floor for the particular product I came for but associates were unable to find any BECAUSE THERE ACTUALLY WERENT ANY IN STOCK!!!! get it together Walmart and stop wasting my time
