While I know most of the personnel be tired and have a crazy day, some guys where not willing to help, looking at their cell phone and say look on YouTube or give me simple no,Mr. RJ was getting out of his shift and came and asked for my manual, helped me and took less than 5 min. For that I'm thankful and give him 5 stars for going above and beyond!!”
