I live in New Jersey, but I’ve use Chaparral Ford for all my service on my vehicle in Texas. They are extremely accommodating and always do a great job. I have never had any issues with their quality or promptness in getting the job done. They always go above and beyond. Can’t recommend them enough.

My driver side front tire had a leak so we took it to Walmart and they were super helpful explaining that couldn't repair it because it damaged the side wall of the tire. The next day we took it to Chaparral Ford and they said they could probably pay 150$ for the new tire and we pay like 50$ they ended up charging like 85$ and they didn't put the spare tire back on and they didn't clean the grease they used to put the tire back on off so I will have to clean it myself and already had to put the spare back myself.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had in my 25+ years of buying cars. I ordered my car on the Ford site and had it set for delivery at this dealer. I don't ask for much just some check in along the way as this was a 6 month process. I was given less than the minimum and only received any correspondence after I reached out first. Fast forward to December again I reach out for status and was misinformed I would have my car before the new year, that didn't happen. Here we are in January 2022 and I reach out yet again for status, nothing, nope, sorry still not here. When I finally decide to give up and purchase another car, the car shows up. You would think this is the end of the story but nope. After spending $50 on an Uber to the dealer I sit there for 45 minutes to be told I can't drive the car home because there is a recall. Why couldn't they have saved me the trip and fixed/verified whatever the recall was before continuing to waste my time. I was given a loaner and told I would be contacted the next day when the service department opened to confirm if the part they needed was on hand. In keeping with the status quo, I was not contacted I had to initiate contact to get the status. Ultimately, I was able to drive off the lot that night. All of this to say if you're in the service industry you owe it to your customers to actually be of service, I can guarantee you nobody at this dealer would have appreciated the service I got. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this dealer. Not to mention I removed the placard placed on my car without my permission, you won't get free advertisement from me. What I will do is continue to let anybody know who will listen how unsatisfied I was. My car is great though!!

Great service and good deals. Mark P. had been very helpful to my family over the years. We truly appreciate his kindest and willingness to help us make the right decision when it comes to our investments.

We drove out the dealership after contacting Richard. He had the used Yukon XL we wanted to look at ready for us upon arrival. The dealership itself was friendly, clean and comfortable. They treated us like family and made the whole experience easy (with all 3 kids running around too!) Mark in finance was very kind and courteous. I would definitely buy a vehicle here again!

Completely misleading advertising. Their internet price on a Ford Transit was $55060. I said I would buy it and they sent me a PO for $59850 saying it was a high demand vehicle so there was a market adjustment.This kind of deceptive advertising is inexcusable.
