I called before going to make sure I could get my trailer inspected. Was told the computer systems were up and running. They neglected to tell me that they no longer do trailer inspections. Between computer issues and now this I will no longer use this place.

I trust my dog more than these guys to correctly change my oil. Your vehicle will leave damaged due to the negligence of these punks who change the oil who forget to properly put the drain plug back on right. Forget even going in for an inspection they just make some lame excuse as to why they cant do it. Once a great company not anymore.

Worst service ever on both vehicles
They pulled the plug on my ac compressor on 2500 diesel, air was hot as soon as I pulled off (they can’t do anything about it)
They lied saying they needed a special tool to change the air filter (it’s 4 Philip head screws) I brought the filter
Definitely do not recommend service from this place at all
It’s 45$ for labor if you bring all your own oil and filter, definitely not worth the work they produce

I came in for an oil change and inspection, and the staff was nice. Looked the car over and made a couple of recommendations. I was happy, until a week later I noticed oil spots in my driveway, and they were consistently getting worse. I went underneath the car and found the filter about to FALL OFF! Thankfully I caught in time or I could’ve ruined my engine. I know the standard practice is hand tight, but that’s apparently not enough. Be sure to request a couple of turns with a filter wrench, or go to Castroville Quick Lube! They did a great job and made sure the filter was on good, and all my fluids and air pressure in the tires was good.

I only go here for inspections. Their internet has been problematic lately, so suggest you call before you go to be sure they can do them. The guys have been great; very helpful and great customer service.
