I have a troy built riding mower. The belt kept popping off. They assured me they could fix it. Not knowing theyre only open 3 days a week, I had called and let them know I needed to pick it up a couple days later. I was going to take it elsewhere. They charged me $60 dollars for a new belt and $260 total. Within 20 minutes of using the mower the belt came off again. Fast forward a month or so and come to find out the deck was cracked and the deck wasn't sitting where it was supposed to be. The tensioner pulley was not in the position it was supposed to be. These people charged me 260 dollars FOR NOTHING. No new belt, no fixing the problem. Thanks to Gibson Small engine repair my mower is now fixed. They're scamers. Do not take your mower here.

Kind of late on my review but as usual been tied up with business, however wanted to mention I had a situation with my ride on tractor was outrageously overcharged and still didn’t have issues fixed with tractor, until I took it here to Devine small engine! The gentleman had my tractor and weedeater up and running less than a week! And for half of what I originally spent on the first time around at another place! Great service, great prices! 5 star rating on my end! And definitely will recommend to family and friends! Thank you!

Had my John Deere lawn mower "repaired." The original problem was that gas wasn't reaching the engine after running out of fuel. A man from the business came to my house, took off blades to take back to his house because it wouldn't fit the trailer. He then brought back and never put blades back on. It starts and runs now. But was leaking oil and has lost power (not as strong as before). Now ignores my husband's calls after trying to reach out multiple times. Cost over $200.

DSEW did an amazing job replacing repairing my John Deere riding lawn mower along with cleaning and replacing what was needed on my Stihl chainsaws. Their customer service was great.
