Horrible service.. called him to be local and he calls someone from San Antonio that is not part of his company. After telling us that his tow truck driver was 30mins out. Then 15mins out, after 2h30min we finally get a truck and overcharging cause he came from SAHorrible communication and service. Don’t waste your time

I placed a call with a partnered company near my home, who shared with me after making arrangements that it would be Fireball Towing coming to pick up my vehicle instead of somebody with the company that I had originally spoken with. I was given an initial pickup of around 12PM, but had to coordinate which address, which vehicle and which drop off location AGAIN with the driver at around 6PM. Not a huge deal, but upon arriving home, I discovered that the driver had effectively destroyed the yard beside my house and didn't have the car at the shop I had specified until they were near closing. All in all, communication was poor, the service, while completed, was late, my yard now has several pits and they charged $150 for a 20 minute drive. I could have borrowed a truck and rented a flatbed for considerably cheaper and would have at least been solely responsible for any damage *I* may have caused.Service: Car towing

Very awesome service!! Helped me out at 2am. Towed my car to my house outside of San Antonio. Will definitely call again if needed in a stranded situation with a vehicle.

Awesome service and paid a reasonable amount to get my vehicle from Devine back to San Antonio. Driver even helped my husband put the truck on jack stands.

Awesome service! They quoted me a timeframe and came even sooner than expected! The driver was very professional and fast. My vehicle got to where it needed to be with NO PROBLEM! Also pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use again if needed and recommend to others!!
