I have had this bank for as long as I have been working which is like 10 years now and have never had problems. They are always nice and know who I am because of how long I have had them.

It's just an all around great bank. I've always been helped with courtesy and patience. The staff is very friendly. I am more than satisfied with this bank and happy to be a customer of theirs.

This place sucks. Traveling through town asked to break a 100 dollar bill so we could spend money in town. They refused ad we have no account. That's just bad business.

A little disappointed. I have never had any problems getting change but today, I did. Not sure if it's a new policy or if all the other times the tellers I've interacted with just waived the rule. I am still considering getting 2 accounts with this bank but today's experience has me a little bothered. I asked for change for a $20 that I got from their ATM. I don't understand why an account with their bank is required. Very disheartening
