The place was hidden behind an ice machine making it hard to find. There is ac but takes a while for the room to actually cool down. The worst part is I got killed with bed bugs, I woke up to big areas of rash because of it. I had to go to a pharmacy to buy medicine to cure it. I included some pictures of my arms but my back and stomach are also full of them. Would not recommend, drive the extra 30-40 minutes to San Antonio for something a lot better.

The room was infested with cockroaches, I thought it was expensive for what it offered, the mattress had no support and sank all the way in, the room needs a lot of remodeling, if you have the opportunity to go to another hotel I recommend you visit another one and not this one.

Would have been 5. But turning my ac up during the day when I’m roasting in the heat as a construction worker expecting a cold room and getting borderline 80 sucks. Motels that penny pinch and do stuff like that will never be referred by me, and overrules any of the positive aspects of the hotel.
Day two, ac remained turned down and I got a 65 degree room, nice. Good shower, soft as hell beds, walking distance to a couple food joints and stores

Sorry I rated the wrong place. The county corner inn is a great place to stay with the nicest people you'd ever have the pleasure to meet. Great landlords and excellent service.

Kind helpful service, clean rooms, VERY comfortable beds and great water pressure. I felt safe and secure with my valuables in my vehicle which was a plus.

Rooms: Comfortable beds, great water pressure, ample hot water, nice lighting.
Safety: Security cameras, well Lit parking lot, Caring staff.

Ran my bank card without asking. Rooms are also run down and stinky. Bring shower shoes.

My husband travels for work and stayed at this hotel because it was more convenient. I put my name on the reservation on accident and the hotel would not allow my husband to check in told them I needed to change guest name. I tried, and Priceline told me I had to contact the hotel to resolve the issue. (After a 20 minute wait on the phone) they told me all I had to do was type it on the messages to Priceline so it would be noted.. and still there’s issues with check in. They also charged my brother. $300 dollar fee for “smoking” when nobody smoked inside the room, they smoked outside in the vehicle and didn’t even go inside right away. This hotel is crazy and we will definitely NOT be staying with them again.

LIFE SAVERS!!!Was on a trip to Mexico, with major car issues. Showed up and inquired about a mechanic in town. The front desk lady referred us to Mr.Morris! Who was able to pick the car up take a look at it first thing in the morning! Thanks to The Country Corner Inn, my family and I were able to get back on the road after a comfortable sleep, with a working vehicle!Update:Returned from Mexico to stay at The Country Corner Inn, before continuing our 18 hour drive!!
