I placed a same-day delivery order because I didn’t have time to run to the store. I trusted Tractor Supply to get it right and save me time. Instead, they did the exact opposite — they cost me time, money, and left me without what I actually needed.
I ordered three bags of cattle feed, a bag of dog food, and a food container. What did I get? A bag of goat feed, goat mineral, a sad bag of low-quality hay, and a stall feeder — not one single item I actually ordered. It’s like someone just grabbed whatever was lying around and shipped it out without even glancing at the order slip.
But the real problem wasn’t the wrong items — it was the complete lack of accountability afterward. I had to load up the incorrect items myself and drive to the store to sort it out. No one offered to help. No one apologized. The staff acted like I was inconveniencing them for expecting to get what I paid for.
I had to unload everything, shop for the correct items again, and of course, they didn’t even have what I needed in stock. So instead of saving time by using same-day delivery, I wasted it — and I still don’t have feed for my animals.
And to top it all off, I was told that the delivery credit I used couldn’t be reinstated — as if this entire disaster was somehow acceptable.
This wasn’t just a simple error. It was a complete breakdown in customer service, quality control, and basic responsibility. If you can’t even deliver the right products — or be bothered to make it right when you fail — then you have no business offering same-day delivery at all.
Tractor Supply didn’t just mess up my order. They wasted my time, cost me money, and left me hanging when I needed reliability most. I won’t be back.

I get everything I need from here and when the rare occasion a product is defective they’ve always made it right. The manager and team are always friendly and helpful

Don’t try to make a new application to apply for a credit card. It was horrible. They asked me to spell my name about eight times not exaggerating. I gave them my drivers license. They asked me for my phone number about six times. The address was wrong. The phone number was wrong. I have no problems. I had a hard time standing. I asked him if they had a chair and they all looked at each other. It was horrible, but I wanted one of the credit cards. There was a good promotion going on. If not, I would’ve just walked out never again after one Clark tried more than a couple of attempts to get it right they called another one and it was the same thing. Oh I was so upset but most of all my nieces were giving out. I thought I was gonna collapse and I did tell him that I had no problems and I needed a chair, but there was no chairto be found while they corrected the mistakes over and over again.
