When I pay for shipping it should be delivered to my house, just like Real package delivery systems like UPS & Fed-Ex do. The service here is horrible. There was a time when service mattered.

They only have one person working front counter on a Tuesday at 2pm. Plus the ac is out and I’ve been waiting in line over 10 mins . Avoid this united postal service location at all cost . I plan to never return here
