This was the weirdest experience I've had, I'm still confused and it is hours later. I'm not a fan of DSL, but they are one of the carriers SHEIN uses and that's, that. I didn't want them to deliver it to my home while not here, so I had it set up for a pick-up. I verified, online, with customer service where the pick-up location was and didn't have any issues. They didn't follow the conversation well, but it didn't delay my reason for reaching out. The confusion was the setup of their customer pickup, it was a complete mess. I'd like to think because I was there first thing in the morning, the trucks were being loaded and it was a minefield because of it. The "customer parking" didn't exist, their trucks and personal vehicles were in those spaces. I ended up parking behind one of the delivery trucks because, again, it was a minefield.Other than that little hiccup, picking up my package was easy and efficient. The customer service was great, but I don't think I'd select that pickup location again.

I am writing to express the traumatic experience that we have been through regarding our package that was supposed to be delivered .The tracking shows that my package was delivered. But there was no package delivered.As soon as I got the email and text notification, I opened my door to see no package. I searched the whole apartment community, the mailroom and the leasing office but still no sign of the package. I requested the leasing office to open all the parcel lockers and check if the parcel may have been mistakenly place somewhere, still no sign of it. On the tracking page, Ilooked for for the proof of delivery and I did not see anything.Two hours later magically the proof of delivery appears and I see that it just has some random scribbled signature on it.I called the customer service and I asked them to check the time stamp of delivery and when the proof of delivery was uploaded. They don't match. Also, the customer service representative confirmed that there were no GPS tracking updated proving that my parcel was delivered at that location. I was told that I would be given an update by 5pm Arizona time. No update.Next day, I receive text messages form DHL (in Spanish, don't know why). I used Google translate to understand the messages and the text messages read that the gps location shows that my package was delivered at the delivery address.I called and again requested for tracking my package. They said that they are investigating and will revert by 5 pm Arizona time. Still no response.I contacted the DHL customer serviceToo many red flags with this delivery.1. Delivery was supposed to happen in Frisco, Texas. Tracking shows Dallas, TX2. DHL uploaded proof of delivery as just a random signature of someone AFTER THE complaint was raised. The customer care representative agreed that this is fabricated information as the time stamp of delivery and proof of delivery do not match3. Yesterday DHL sent messages in Spanish that the package was left in the mailroom (ok, if it was left in the mailroom, then who signed it in my name as per yesterday's proof of delivery?)4. We requested our apartment leasing office to go through the security cameras and they confirmed that there was no sign of any DHL vehicle or a DHL person delivering any box within that one hour time frame of delivery. They thoroughly checked it.With the above mentioned, you can see what's happening here.People at DHL, please realize that our families living thousands of miles away put in immense efforts and take extra care to send us packages with great love. We on the other end really look forward to those packages eagerly and it really shatters our hopes and the excitement with which we wait to open those packages. The contents of those packages contain many items such as things handmade by our loved ones and things related to our religious customs amd beliefs which are priceless! And they really pay a very high price as shipping costs just to send those packages to us. You people at DHL cannot be so irresponsible in handling our packages.If you guys have the slightest of understanding of people's emotions, please handle the packages responsibly.Kindly help with tracking down the delivery driver and the station that was supposed to deliver the package.

This has to be the WORST delivery company ever. My package has been on hold in Dallas for 2 weeks now!! I’ve made over 6 calls, I’ve chatted with the online service customer, I’ve messaged whoever I could to get information on my package, & each time I get a different response.1. I was told they could not locate my package2. Then I was told package was on CBP hold & they would check with Cincinnati, (keep in mind my package is in Dallas not Ohio!)3. Then I was told package was no longer on hold & I would be updated after the weekend passed.4. Now I’m being told package is under further inspection!!!Tracking details shows it CLEARED CUSTOMS back in Miami within 2 days of being there!! This is ridiculous.LATEST UPDATE? “This process can take 30+ DAYS & can’t be rushed” OBSURD!!!!!

I had ordered a wedding dress in etsy and the maker apparently uses DHL, unknown to me of what this is, it says my package was delivered but I have not received anything at my residence, I don't even know what carrier be it Fed Ex, UPS or USPS picked up thr package or if it's still being held at the DHL facility. I don't mind going and picking up my package but when you pay a lot of money for something and it's straight up missing when it says it was delivered, it's a little frustrating. I just want to know where my dress is. And so far I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone real on the phone to see where my package is. I hope I can get a number to reach the actual customer service person, not the automated one. I really need help

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Package has been on hold since Monday. They stated the package was out for delivery finally on Wednesday. However supposedly the wrong currier picked it up. Since then my package has been put on hold! I asked to come get it, now it’s a possibility I won’t even be able to pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous! I have NEVER experienced this with any other delivery service before. Terrible!

I got a message that delivery address was incorrect. There was a option to collect in-person. When I drove to service center. They said delivery address is correct on file and package on hold with custom.

****UPDATE****So after posting this I was reached out by DHL support and asked for details. I'm changing it to 4 star because even though I still had to drive to the warehouse to pick up my item they still went above to help me out and I really appreciate it. So thank you for that.*************************************I HATE DHL!! I have literally had NOTHING but problems with DHL everytime I've dealt with them. This time though they've gone above and beyond to annoy me. I was hoping the merchant would use USPS or UPS as they were both an option but nope. I get this horrible company.I have an item that's supposed to arrive on or before the 17th that I paid extra for the express shipping. As of 9/13 my item is in an "on hold" status in Dallas. Not knowing what that meant I chatted in with support who was nothing but less than helpful as all he could tell me was the information I already knew. The only thing he told me was that they were not going to deliver it on or before the 17th because they don't work on the weekends. I live 5 hours away from Dallas. It literally makes NO SENSE to hold my package for 5 days when I live 5 hours away!!I wish this company would go out of business already.

I have been trying to be patient with this company but for several days now my delivery was supposed to arrive “by the end of the day” and nothing has come through. I have called three times and this last time that I called the woman was rude and not helpful at all. I guess it’s just frustrating and at this point I just want my money back for the items that I purchased and I will no longer order from any company that uses DHL.I’m back to edit my review. The company did reach out to me through my review and I was able to send an email and they got everything situated. I received my package the very next day. I have changed my stars from 1 to 4 due to their eagerness to help their customers and find a solution to whatever issues you may have. The representative was very polite and professional.

This is the worst delivery service I have ever delt with. Just last week I received a package from the same company through DHL and it was delivered with no problem. Now that I have another package coming from the the same company through DHL I’m receiving notifications that I have the wrong address! I have been waiting for my package for 3 days now from when it was supposed to be delivered. How in the world do you deliver a package one week then the next week you can’t find my address? Horrible customer service as well. I will no longer use companies that deal with DHL because this is crazy!

I have two teenage boys that wanted to try an online merchant for back to school this year and I spent about $300 (the discount was amazing) on school clothes and paid for express delivery two weeks before school even started. It has been 5 days since school started and no package in sight. Note that I myself have ordered several times from this online merchant and had no issues until now. The only difference is, this time DHL Express was used for shipping. The crazy thing is that it got to Dallas on the 4th and was out for delivery on the 4th but never received . I called three times and the last time I called, the lady was helpful in providing details on the delay/issue but that was last week. Why is this still not sorted? I imagine if someone paid for express shipping, they needed it fast. Why is this taking three weeks to get delivered? My kids were terribly disappointed and upset that they couldn’t wear their new clothes to school on the first day. I had to spend another $500 plus to go get them clothes from a local clothing store. They grew like weeds over the summer and their old clothes just didn’t fit right. I wanted to request a refund from the online merchant but the irony is they still want the clothes very badly. I have no clue when I will get this package and they ask every single day. I don’t know what happened with DHL but I am so terribly disappointed as they used to be so dependable. From now, I will never order with a merchant that uses DHL. Lesson learned.

They call it express delivery and that’s what we paid for, what a joke ?keeps hold of package for days at their facility without delivering.i have to give atleast one star just to write this review, estimated to get my package delivered by eod before 9pm and it never arrived, called next day morning letting them know about eatable items and they can go bad and one of main reasons to select express delivery, they did mention you will get it by eod today before 9 pm and they asked me to track in app and there was no update at all and I am concerned of not receiving pacakage and called them again to ask whereabouts of my package, they simply answered you will receive in next business day. I am completely out of words and they do not even know or have a reason why they hold package in facility.completely disappointed with such service.

I ordered a package from Australia that was shipped from DHL. The process of delivery was smooth and quick! I was able to track my package every step of the way and delivery was very prompt. I am very happy with my experience.

If my package every have to come to Dhl again I dnt want it! The whole entire company is jus lazy.. they lie like they tried to drop ur package off.to be completely honest I believe they stole my package. Nobody could give me a answer to what happened to my package & i honestly believe someone stole itIt's zero stars for me

Worst worst worst please don't waste your time by booking through DHL. I was left to haul 28 kgs box by myself and only after following up with them for almost a week. Every day the status would be out for delivery and then at the end of the day the status is like delivery could not be completed when I'm all day eagerly anticipating. They should close their business because that's what they deserve.

Had a time sensitive package that needed to be delivered on time. It was shipped DHL express. I called to see if I was able to pickup the package directly from the Dallas location I was told that was not possible but was assured I would get my package delivered later that evening. I tracked the package on the app. I took off work to be home to assure things went smoothly (and waved the signature request). I got a txt saying that the package was 4 stops away. I looked at the map and the driver was about 40 mins from my house. Minutes later I got a notification that the delivery attempt was made and no one was home. I have cameras and was watching the driveway for the driver. No one even ATTEMPTED to deliver. And based on the gps tracking no one came anywhere near my town. There wasn’t a card on the door showing a delivery attempt. I called customer service and was told they’d deliver it sometime tomorrow. So- I now get to take a SECOND day off of work because DHL was too lazy to drive to my house. I would use anyone else for shipping if it’s important. Zero customer service and clearly they don’t take peoples items seriously.
