  No restrooms, slow as hell, no sign showing check in area, I had to waste 45 minutes asking arround and trying all locked doors

  Terrible taking too long to process and check in drivers and waiting on dock door is unbelievable plus they don’t even allow you to use the bathroom

  Best staff. We had a charity event cargo that was struck and the staff understood the urgency and helped to expedite the process.
