The team is super kind, friendly, and caring, sharing plenty of photos and daily updates. Many find it very convenient for flying, with options for after-hours pickup and drop-off, and note the value of leaving a car there. While a little expensive, the service and convenience are highly recommended. Pets come home happy and relaxed.
Ever since Wag Hotels acquired/changed over the prior entity at this location, the service has been fantastic. Our Sandy is a relatively frequent flyer for boarding/daycare and most times they know and greet her by name. For overnight stays, they send daily emails with a picture to show your pet having fun. Highly recommend!

Our two dogs had the time of their lives playing with other dogs. The staff was nothing short of amazing? They made our babies feel very welcome and gave them personalized care! We feel very confident when we have them stay overnight they will be super comfortable!! Thank you!!❤️❤️
