Worked on my bay boat got it in and out very quickly, did a fantastic job maintenance on my boat plus extra things that needed to be upgraded or fixed all for a very fair and reasonable price. Very kind and great people. Will definitely be taking my boat back to them

Do they take awhile to get the repair done? Yes, but in a timely manner and with a professionalism that can hardly be matched. Everyone wants their boat repaired immediately.
Do they have business hours for which we have to conform? Yes, but they have lives too.
Even though I live over an hour away, I'll continue to utilize their services. Fair, honest, and knowledgeable. They want your boat on the water so you can enjoy it.

I have been looking for a honest boat repair shop for quite sometime. Well I have found it. Took my boat into Jason and his wife Gail, they had it finished in a few days. They are very honest and go over everything the day you drop your boat off. They will give you a honest and fair bid to fix your boat before they ever put a wrench on it. There are no surprises with them. This will be the only boat repair shop I deal with going forward.

Great people, very pleasant to deal with. Reasonable prices, and amazing work. My pontoon runs better now than the day i purchased it thank you Jason my family and I have had a blast these past few weeks .

Carried the boat to fix a misfiring situation and after multiple trips and over 3k in cost tye problem still isn't fixed. When I called to report the problem is still a problem and I would be dropping it back off the secretary/wife became very rude and told me to find a new mechanic. Very unprofessional !!

All I can say is if you have any engine repair needed to be done this is the place to take your boat, and if you have any boot repair or buffing one out this is the place to go because they did a outstanding job on my motor and my boat and it did not even look the same or run the same when I got it back everything was perfect . I really did love everything they did, they stayed on top of everything and was really fast and always kept me updated on what they was doing before they did anything. Thank you so much for everything.

I started using Diana Boat repair about a year ago, and they are my primary boat repair shop. Last spring, I bought an older boat with an older 2 stroke engine. Unfortunately, I got in a hurry when I bought it and didn’t get it checked out properly before buying it. After taking it to one shop and not being able to get it off the trailer the first time I took it out after getting it back. I found and called Diana Boat Repair and spoke to Jason who said he worked on boats as old as mine. I scheduled a time to bring it to him. After talking to him about what had been done to it by the previous owner and the other shop, we discussed what I wanted him to do because I would be a boat captain for a high school bass fishing team. Jason asked me to turn the engine over but not to start it. After hearing the engine turn over, he said I don’t like the way it sounded. Jason said he would check the compression on the engine the following morning and let me know if the engine was worth fixing before we did anything further. Luckily for me, the engine had good compression and I told Jason to diagnose the issues and let me know what was needed. I received a detailed quote from Gail and a phone call about what needed to be done to make sure I understood everything before any work was completed. During that time other minor issues were found. Jason was up front about what needed to be fixed while he had the boat and what could wait until later. Each time something else was put on the list to fix, I received an updated quote to ensure I knew all costs before authorizing the repairs.
I highly recommend Diana Boat Repair! Jason and Gail are very professional, and they will fix your boat on time and right. All costs and fees are fully communicated up front and are listed on the paperwork you sign when dropping your boat off for repair. I also recommend before buying any boat take it to Diana Boat repair first. It is well worth the cost to have them check it out and have them tell you if the boat is worth buying.

Very dissatisfied. I was having my boat dewinterized and there was a part that they thought should be replaced. I asked the cost knowing I could do it myself. But out of convenience I would have paid them to do it. After see the cost I decided to do it my self. Because of that I was charged a quote fee of 125. He was already in my boat for things I paid Jim for. These were their suggestion. I don't feel like a customer should have to pay for you to look up a part number. This just plays into companies trying to force you to do it be a use you already have money spent. That not the way I do business

Hard to find honest repair shops in the Longview area but this is definitely an honest repair shop. Be sure to call in advance and ask questions about their process.
