“I reached out from California to have some flowers delivered to a family member going through a difficult time. When Flower Fairies attempted to deliver the flowers, the gates on the property were locked and they were unable to deliver. They reached out to me to inform me of the situation, they left a message for the person receiving the flowers, and wanted me to know that they were happy to reliever again once access to the property was confirmed. The gates were unlocked the next day and they kindly delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Thank you for your follow through.
