Diboll Depot is a fairly new establishment and a good stop with fair gas prices, often cheaper than surrounding stations. The store is nice and clean with clean bathrooms. The breakfast pizza is really good. However, the station suffers from maintenance issues, with pumps frequently out of paper, low windshield solution, no paper towels, and overflowing trash cans. There can be problems with pump operation and receiving receipts. The exit is also considered dangerous leading into fast highway traffic. While staff are noted as nice and helpful, there have been instances of poor evening service and a lack of cleanliness causing disappointment.
