The store was very clean. All of the clothing products were all where they're supposed to be. Very friendly employees and a very friendly environment. I will highly recommend this store.

What a disgusting place. Cost more than Ross and their clothes are old and used.. not to mention given to them free. Stop taking clothes or anything to these disgusting people

Okay selection, I found better stuff at the locals house's. It's a hit or miss. The prices are steep if you're looking for a bargain.
The employees were very friendly. They sell more of new everyday products that you'll find at Walmart. You know, packs of socks and sunglasses.
Everything used seemed to be scattered in a big pile. No organization anywhere.
I wouldn't travel for this Goodwill. You see it and then you don't kind of vibe.

The rise and fall of Goodwill stores; it's funny how they can put a price on anything they want, but the value of selection has gone downhill. This location in particular is okay, not good and still not as bad.
I found a few things I liked, but definitely not worth the hefty price tag. The dress selection was piss poor. If you like Shein, they have that here.
The home goods aisle was a mess, nothing organized just thrown on top of each other. The furniture selection appeared to have better days. Diboll Goodwill doesn't have much to offer.
There was one person working the front end of the store and another person in the back operations sorting donations.

I went to this Goodwill on Friday March 1st, there was a lady working there that was so friendly , she greeted me as I entered , she smiled , kept the store so clean. I found out her name is Kathy Moreno, what a wonderful lady. She greeted everyone with a big smile. She had all the shelves so clean . All the clothes were in order. What a pleasant experience . I will come back to shop here. Thank you Ms Kathy Moreno for making me feel welcome !

Stopped by at 4:45 on a Wednesday, lights were on, cars in parking lot, employees were standing around inside but the door was locked. I waved at them and the women standing around waved me away and started to laugh. Will not spend my money here.
