A fabulous 🤩 place to live if you don't mind Rat 🐀 in the wall 🧱 of apartment and places for them and snake 🐍 to get thur pipes not sealed properly.. and next door neighbor selling crack cocaine and so if a customer gets unhappy with him and starts shooting a gun 🔫 you risk the chance of a stray bullet coming thru the wall 🧱 and hitting and killing you plus his customers knocking on your door 🚪 looking for him Mr Derrick Allen.. and to top that off women knocking on your door seeking a ride somewhere and Lisa Lewis hustling men in the complex for money 🤑

Not happy with Diboll Housing allowing loose dogs in everyone's yard leaving f**** behind. The yard service they have is the laziest i've ever seen. They don't edge all the yards, they don't get the grass dirt and leaves off our porches and sidewalks after they are finished. Will not pick up branches that has fallen. I've been complaining about one perticular dog for over 3 years and she had never been on a leash nor has been kept in her own yard. It's not fair that I have to clean up dog f**** at least 2-3 times a week and i don't have a do. I'm handicapped and this so unacceptable. I don't want to move but I'm looking for a new place.

Leaving my abusive husband with four kids, this is where I ended up with mom paying the hundred dollar deposit, so I could. Regular extermination, a decent place, I quickly found a job to pay the twelve dollar a month rent and found a friend willing to babysit the two babies, a former nurse. Diboll is an amazing town with amazing people I still go back to see when I can, now that I can drive.

Everyone of the staff were friendly and worked fast getting me approved. I greatly appreciate the people that work there, they're the best.
