Honestly for me it was great service. They helped me out, offered good cold bottle of water, and made sure everything was great 😃 I'll give a 5 star rating. She helped me even though they were closed. I guess I called at the right time for their service. I could go on and on. Keep it up!!!

Returned a trailer and was told we had not paid a cash deposit. Had to call the store trailer was rented from in Oklahoma to confirm there was a cash deposit. Still charged an extra day even though rental was told it could be returned after work. This was not where I wanted to return trailer. U-Haul changed my return location.

I bought a mattress from this resale shop . It was covered when I picked it up and due to COVID we kept the sale fast. When I got home I checked it it had pee stains all over it and ripped. She offered to give me a refund only to change her mind minutes later. She stopped responding and never came to a conclusion in this matter with me . Now I am out $100.
