It is America's best, I got my first pair eyeglasses with them, and I had an incident where my glasses got damaged and went to get a new pair, and I was give the great news they were under warranty.I'm so glad I chose American Best !

The exam went well. The problem was getting someone to fit me for a pair of glasses. The chart sat on the desk while others who came in after me were served before me. Too many people doing nothing while customers wait. I went to the Baybrook location and had a satisfying experience.

Zero stars if I could.Right prescription, wrong eyes.Husband saw this as a great deal and went to get new prescription and new glasses. Waited 2 weeks for glasses and when he received it, it immediately gave him headaches. We figured it was an adjustment period so he toughed it out. When the headaches didn’t improve he went back for an adjustment/re-evaluation and they told him everything was fine. Hubs didn’t complain further since the experts told him it was fine.Today hubs went to another eye care provider who told him his lenses were backwards: right prescription in left eye and left prescription in right eye.We are never going back to this place and telling everyone we know about this experience.

The staff is extra friendly, super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. The doctor was very informative and explained things in a way that I was able to understand. And of course the glasses look amazing ?

I had forgotten from last year. The same thing..They said my glsses would be ready in ten days. Well its been over 20, and nothing. When I called to check, they said, "oh yea, they have been here." But nobody bothered calling me.. This has to be Americas worst...never again.

Don't. Waste. Your. Time.It started with my fiancé being super sweet and telling me we should go get me some prescription sunglasses and new glasses since mine were several years old and scratched. I was seen by the doctor who misdiagnosed me, completely wrong prescription AND said I have a stigmatism. I told him my problem seeing is not the lights, it's depth perception but he wouldn't listen, shame on me for trusting the doctor, right? I went ahead and picked out my glasses and that's when they told me my exam was in fact NOT free. $600 later for 2 pairs of glasses and an eye exam that is advertised as $79, they said it'll be 2 weeks for my glasses to come in and that I need to call them to see if they're in, why wouldn't their staff call each patient when they are putting newly received glasses away? 2 weeks go by, I call, and they said they were in, I go try them on and the RX was AWFUL. It instantly made me sick and they had the gall to tell me that the "fishbowl effect" is common with new glasses. I have been wearing glasses for 10 years and never have I experienced that before. Thinking ahead, I pulled my RX from my old doctors office and asked them to just remake the glasses with the same RX. TWO. MORE. WEEKS. have gone by, I called and they told me they're due to come in Wednesday but just call if I don't hear anything by Thursday. I called Friday and they said they are in, so I go to pick them up on my way out of town. When I get there they tell me they only have 1 pair for me and that I don't have sunglasses on order. After she goes to the computer she said oh, I didn't know these were a remake so they ship separate. That would've been nice to know before driving across town! Then she tells me I need to give her my old glasses back since this was a warranty repair. To which I inform her, it absolutely was NOT a warranty repair and I will be keeping my old glasses and they asked me where I got them from! When I asked about my sunglasses she said they might come in today so check back Monday. I said it has been over 2 weeks and she said well yeah sometimes it's 10-12 business days. The staff here are awful! They are anti-social and incredibly lazy, far from what you would hope for at a healthcare facility so heavy on customer service. If you are desperate for an eye doctor in that vicinity, just go to TSO in the same strip center, it can't be worse than this place.

Very rude! Unprofessional! My appointment was at 12:30 and we were 4 minutes late due to 2 different road constructions. They were going to lunch and we're absolutely Not going to wait on me. Rude!And I had drove over an hour. With plenty of time to get there. I had no control over road construction. Very Unprofessional.

Abigail was very helpful and courteous. She found the best options for whether to use my insurance or not and I took advantage of 40% off a second pair of glasses ? She very patiently answered all my questions. Dr Ma was very thorough and patient with my exam. I would definitely come back to this business ?

Simply disrespectful, rude, and unprofessionalAfter 3weeks of waitingCalling them every week and they say next weekWith a very bad attitudeFinally, after the last 3rd week, they found that my glasses are lost during the shipping.No discount is offered for the situationAnd almost hanged up on me.A surely not recommended
