We have been having problems with different things whe it comes to the phones, tablet & computer. I can go into the AT&T store and I walk out completely satisfied. They bend over backwards to help. If they can't help then they find a way to get it done.

Very good experience. Needed a new phone and help setting it up. The rep saw me right away, got my new phone going and waited with me till my phone was ready. No issues at all.

I went in only for information, in fairness, there were quite a few customers already being serviced. So, I knew I needed to be patient. After waiting 30+ minutes and no prospect of being attended to in the next 30 minutes, I left the store with no animosity.I returned the next day and found the store less busy and was attended to promptly. I needed information on overseas travel policy and how to install and back up old data to new SD card. The attendant did not know how to assist me with the new card and set up but said the overseas option had been set, once arriving in Europe I found I had no service. Also, no information had been transferred to the new SD card.The team was not knowledgeable or truly helpful in the long run.

Xavier was amazing, he is a saint for dealing with our situation. We are a business client with nine phone lines that increased to 11 phone lines and upgraded nine of the devices. Dealing with trade ins, insurance claim, new plans, automatic billing, corporate red tape, you name it. It was an immense amount of work spread over multiple days. Xavier hung in like a champ and was not phased by anything. We greatly appreciate him and his help.
