What an awful facility to host a tournament. Absolutely no parking!! Seating is horrible! Then they expect you to buy your ticket online with "spotty" WiFi service. " try outside" is what I was told. Then the advertising on the monitors- don't get me started. They had an advertisement for weight loss peptides at a facility that should be supporting female sports and body confidence!! Not promoting weight loss to young women. Disgusting.

From what I've personally experienced, as well as heard about how other clubs in the area are run, AVA is one of the best volleyball clubs due to their efficent/thorough operations, passion/dedication to training and developing volleyball skills AND life skills, and helping players be the best they can be. Is parking difficult on tournament days? Yes. Should this impact anyone's decision to send their player here for training? Not at all! Phenomenal facility, dedicated staff, robust youth and adult sports programs, and a culture of acceptance make this one of the top volleyball clubs in the area.

AVA has a family driven atmosphere that teaches the skills of volleyball and instills life lessons for the athletes. The indoor facility is beautiful and always kept clean. The new beach courts are amazing! Awesome facilities, great coaches and a great family environment!

AVA is very diverse club, between coaches, players, coaching style, and programs, with so much to offer! It’s a clean multi-use facility with neat seating options as well. Not to mention, 6 National Titles. It speaks for itself.

AVA is one of the best facilities around Houston for both indoor volleyball and sand volleyball. They offer many programs from their AVAtors to pickle ball and adult leagues while being home to National Champions in Club ball. I’ve seen it grow over the years into one of the best places to come for volleyball and for an adult sports community. The coaches and staff are so helpful, friendly and amazing people that make it all that better!

AVA is a beautiful facility with a ton of opportunities for any age person to get touches on the volleyball. Highly recommend!

We have been to a lot of Volleyball venues around the nation and this one is by far the worst. Massive fail on parking, seating, safety, and consession.

Our daughter has developed so much as a player. We appreciate the staff. We choose to invest in our child and yes it’s not free but the skills she’s learning are invaluable.

Worst facility to hold any volleyball tournament...parking is horrific...two courst completely blocked by stairs for viewing...staff is mostly made up of parents required to complete hours of "volunteer time"...mens restroom door opens to a hallway used by some coaches, due to lack of room, to stage their players and a major route for all to travel...not much privacy at all...one big mess....

Not enough parking around tacitly to host the tournaments and not enough seating inside especially on Courts 1/2 and 7/8. It’s a huge safety issue also when there are people standing on the stairs blocking the walks way to get up or downstairs when we try to watch our kids play. It would also be nice if AVA would do more to implement parents moving once their child is done playing.

I hate going to tournaments here. We pay $10 to get in to watch our child and have nowhere to sit. There is not enough seating to host teams on all courts at the same time. People sit on the stairs and on the floor creating a fire hazard, but there is literally nowhere else for them to go. I’m sure if the fire Marshall came in during a tournament, it would get shut down. The line for concessions blocks the hallway. On top of that, make sure you bring your walking shoes because chances of getting a parking spot in their small lot are slim with the amount of people they have there. You will get towed if you park at any of the surrounding businesses that aren’t even open. It seems like the facility only cares about making as much money as possible and not about the safety of the players and their guests. If I pay $10 to get in, it would be nice to not have to sit on the floor or park a mile away and walk down a dirt road.

I wish I could give --000 stars this place is terrible for what youth activities. There is no parking for the number of scheduled, if you were here to view your child, it's almost impossible. I rarely give bad reviews, FYI.

We have played a few tournaments here and each time the parking is terrible. We pay $10 per adult to get in and there's not enough seating. People are standing in walk ways, sitting on stairs, sitting on the ground. But there's nowhere else for them to go so it's not like AVA can ask people to move. It has to be a fire hazard to have this many people in the facility. People are parked down a dirt road and having to walk pretty far. It's a nice facility, but not big enough to host games on all courts at the same time. Seems like they just care about making the money and not about the safety of the guests.

What a joke, not enough seating for all the teams scheduled, parking was more of a joke than normal at tournaments, games were 2-3 hours behind schedule, and to top it off the nets weren’t even the right height. You’d think charging 4,000 and up to play they’d be able to put on a decent tournament. Get it together AVA.

Terrible building design. Some courts have no seating. Should never be allowed to host a tournament. Fire hazard.
