I worked with Michelle, and she did a great job with my basic mani and pedi. I like to go to the salon for basic care and typically paint my nails at home, and this salon has great prices for basic services. The salon can be pretty packed, and even though there are plenty of chairs, I would recommend making a reservation if needing a specific time or going with friends/family. I will go here again!

LOVED this place! We are from MO and are here for a business trip. My husband and I wanted to get pedicures and I wanted a full set. We were sat right away and all 3 of our gals did awesome! I immediately left the girl at the front desk was rude. Her attitude and demeanor were less than favorable. I inquired about services offer and ask for a nail service menu. She proceeded to tell me that there was no service menu for nails only for pedicures. She then, counted out the 4 services that they offer on her hands and speak to me in a very disrespectful. I will not return. First impression are everything and this was the worst!

Went to Bay Colony Nails for the first time today. My daughter brought a picture of how she wanted her nails done. Wow!!! Ann did an amazing job! It looked better than the photo. The whole staff was so nice. Will absolutely be back and have already recommended to friends.Services: Nail art

It wasn’t the greatest nor the worst experience. I initially asked for a dip and they ended up doing shellac. Took my mom the other day and she asked for dip she came out with shellac. What’s the point of asking what you want if you won’t get it.The front desk receptionist is a bit rude when speaking to customers. She seems annoyed whenever you come in and you’re greeted by her. I’d recommend this place as a last resort.

After moving last year I had to find a new nail salon. I tried a couple of other ones first and was disappointed with the results which led me here. I’ve been coming here for about 8 months now and couldn’t be happier. All the ladies are good but Hannah is my favorite and who I use consistently now. Would definitely recommend.

I came in saying I had an hour to get the works done (nails, toes, and waxing) I had to catch a plane. They genuinely cared and had multiple pple working in me at the same time! Charles couldn't have done better on my nails and even made sure they were exactly what I wanted even if I was in a hurry! Plus I was out of there in 45 minutes! They won me over and I can't wait to go back!Services: Pedicure
