I wanted to take the time to thank Amy from Dickinson animal rescue. She truly went above and beyond, to help me catch a stray cat from my yard and get it treated and vaccinated. She’s very knowledgeable, and an asset to your team.
My cat has been with us for A couple of months now, very sweet, very friendly, but does not like human contact. I had a hard time catching it in order to get it vaccinated and dewormed if it wasn’t for the help that I got with Dickinson animal control I would’ve never been able to trap it, and get the treatment necessary for a healthy cat.🐈⬛
Once again, thank you for everything and all your hard work and effort, Amy!

I work with rescues and foster for them. The ACO here was so helpful and knowledgeable when I arrived to pick up the foster. They are an awesome resource for the animal kingdom and those of us working to help any way we can. Thank you for your kindness and generosity 😊

Nina is great. I had to get rid of my dog. They couldn't take him cause I was out of their jurisdiction. She worked and found a rescue that would take him. Unfortunately by the time she found one animal control had already come and taken him. She went and got him so he could go to the rescue. I am so grateful and appreciative that she did that. I feel she went above and beyond. I was even able to being him a couple of comfort items.

My daughter gave this sweetheart, Mary Anne, a Doggy Day Out today. We got her a name tag and introduced her to our dogs. She is absolutely wonderful and would make a great addition to a loving family. She is super healthy and strong and loves to cuddle! We hope she gets adopted soon!

The ladies in office were so incredibly welcoming and even had a couple of the pups out to welcome guests as they came in. My daughter had just lost her long time kitty companion due to age and so it was time to look for a new companion. We had gone to SEVERAL local shelters before with little to no service or even welcoming greetings. Left just to stand at the front counter to wait to even be noticed with one location even out right ignoring us. Bayou Animal Services was EXACTLY what we need and hoped for. Even with only a few kitties up for adoption they helped us the entire process to find our next family member. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING IN OUR TIME OF NEED to fill a gap in our family.
