So far so good
Didn't like the fact that although I just got off work and riding e bike that I was reminded twice that the facility had cameras and what the hours of operation was. Just wanted to store stuff with no issues.

I only have a three stars on this place because of the phone service and tech people. The staff at the store has been amazing and lobby folks to work with. I spent two and a half hours there trying to rent two spaces. There system would not accept payment on the first storage unit but it did in the second. The folks in the phone were no help and at one point they got rather prickly with me. They kept telling us the unit was rented in their end, but the local system showed the transaction was incomplete. They ended up charging me twice but their system never completed the rental. I also never got a receipt. After waiting a day for everything to settle the unit rental was still not complete. The local staff engaged a manager and finally got everything settled. Also beware of the reservation system online. Every confirmation I received of a reservation listed the price as different (more) than what was advertised for this location.

The people that work inside are amazing people. Liz and the other guys that she worked for the owners. I've been here for quite a while. And it seems like
That they get different owners for this facility. I don't know why.
I've been here for maybe close to 4 years. In my storage start off like $46 a month. And then it went up. And then up and now I'm paying a $180 a month. And there's nothing they can do. People in the office say my hands are tied and every time they get new management. The prices go up. I work out of town for a long period of time. And then I come back within the same month and my build is over $400. I would not recommend to come to these people. The management, but the people are amazing. But who's ever running this? And doing the money wise, who's ripping people off, I don't like it here. They did this ever since I've been here, and they don't understand what's going on. And the people inside try to work with the people. But they can't do it because their hands are tied. And when they get new management, they get in trouble. So they're here not for our, you know, it's just for them to run a business The people that run are there that run the company are amazing people. They will do everything in their power that they can. But the people that are above them don't take care of people.
How in one month is my bill four hundred over four hundred dollars from a hundred and eighty

My only issue is that keypad is not accessible from your vehicle. Any storage facility I have used had the keypad where you could drive up to it .
