Terrible!!! No communication at ALL! No confirmations, was told I had to have it delivered the NEXT DAY because their fruit showed up late . THEN I set a time for the following day! No calls , no text, and the arrangement STILL hasn’t been received . This is just ridiculous

Never recieved the arrangement for valentines day for my grandmother. Called several times left messages and cannot get ahold of anyone. Having to resort to other options to get a refund is not a good way to run a business.

I've never ordered from an Edible Arrangement before, but I would NOT recommend ordering from this (or likely any EA) for Valentines Day. To begin with, they gave us a 9 hour window for delivery, which is an entire day killer for anyone waiting for a delivery and shows a lack of organization. Next, they didn't even deliver the day it was meant to be delivered. Next, offered a measly discount that showed that they really didn't care about what happened. Lastly, the fruit that came (LATE) was NOT good. The Pineapple was mostly hard and unenjoyable.While I understand that Valentine's Day is a busy day for companies like this, you would think they wouldn't take more orders than they can handle and/or they would hire enough delivery people. When I called to let them know we had not received the order I was told, "sir a lot of people didn't get their order" as if that was a good reason or an apology.Very disappointing quality and customer service. Worth avoiding.

Do not order from this place if you want an order to be delivered on a holiday. I literally placed an order a month ago for Valentine's Day assuming it would be delivered. Paid a lot of money only to receive a call at 9:30pm ON the day it was supposed to be delivered to tell me they couldn't get around to it. I even called the day it was supposed to be delivered to double check everything and they assured me it would be delivered. Very dissatisfied, I will be letting all my friends know to stay far from this location.

Fast and efficient service, not too bad on price. Fruits were full of flavor and juicy . Recommend for any type for a loved ones event , albeit an anniversary, date night, birthday, etc...

This is absolutely ridiculous. I placed my order on 08/18/22. For delivery on 08/20/22. I asked, that the arrangement to be delivered before 1p. Well, at 1:22p I recieved a phone call from an unknown #. I didn't the answer, then I got a text, stating that they needed me to call them or text them, because he said that he had already came by and rang the door bell and knocked. If he would have came up and rang the doorbell, I would have gotten an alert on my phone from my door camera. Well, it never happened. I texted him back and told him he must be at the wrong house. He said nope, I was like my camera would have alerted me. He responds, I'm 2 mins away on my way back. HMMMM REALLY?. WELL, when he came back he just sat it on the porch in rainwater. And the arrangement had so much condensation it was nasty. The fruit was all dripping with condensation. I'm so mad and disappointed. I'll never spend so much money on that again.

Niece sent my wife a fruit arrangement, she was thrilled with it. Delivery not until about 8 pm, but it was fresh and ice cold.

Just received this flowers two hours ago… I call and complain about old dry flowers been delivered to me… the lady said they will send some Fresh flowers.. well they never did!! This place is a SCAM!!! I will Never Recommend this place ever!!! Bad quality and horrible costumer service ?

This place is pathetic. My elderly neighbor got a birthday arrangement that had fruit that was not only tasteless but hard as a rock. He couldn’t even cut it with a fork. It required a sharp knife. Then it was off color and tasteless. Manager, Lupe agreed to redo it and also suggested she include something for me.

This locations is absolutely amazing. I place an online order once or twice a week to pick up(often I pick up a few pieces for myself(how can you not when you see them on display!)) they are quick to fill the request and the items are beautiful and fresh. When I deliver the items, my customers are always so excited! The store is always so clean and you can smell the chocolate and fruit as soon as you walk in the door. The owner is very personable and remembers her customers when they walk in. You can’t say that about a lot of places.
