Called to reserve cause having issue at another rental place. Gave all information and was set. Different agent called back asking for proof of residency, proof of where we was going and so forth. Told agent none of this information was relayed that we needed it and he wouldn’t answer our question and hung up in our face

We had great customer service every single time we had to connect with Mr. Devante! We needed a vehicle pretty fast because I am a mother of three and my husband and I both work full-time careers. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a big enough Vehicle and by the next morning after our accident.. Honestly, we haven't had that nice of a person help us in any kind customer service like he did in a long time. So we really appreciate it and thank you!

Charged me for damages that I did not do, have photos of the broken fog light that they did not see the day I took the truck home. The manager at that location should be fired and charges brought against him for stealing from me!

You can't actually get a hold of someone. Was told I had to physically go in to cancel insurance even though I had insurance through my own insurance. They charged me 385.00 anyway when it should have never been my responsibility because it was a rental due to someone hitting my car. I will never rent from Enterprise again.

I made a reservation and it was confirmed. I went to pick-up my car and there was no car available. This is the worst thing that happened to me when it comes to rent a car.

This one is a tough one. I've been an enterprise customer for well over 10 years. I've even had the privilege of using them in other states and countries, and I've never had an experience like this. There is a new policy that employees are supposed to confirm the appointment for the next day and ask what method of payment will be used by the customer. So I was called the night before my appointment by a gentleman from this location. I've never been asked that question before, so it took me off guard but I answered the question. One time answering the question was fine, but when they called me the day of to find out the same information that I had given the night before, I became annoyed. I asked if the information I gave the previous evening was on file, the manager said yes, then proceeded to ask the same information anyways. When I told him to check the system to see what my response was, he threatened to cancel my rental and then proceeded to hang up on me after I asked for his managers information. Needless to say, I was frustrated, already had a busy schedule, and the thought of rescheduling my rental when I was leaving in just a few hours was unacceptable. In the 10 years I had been a customer, I have never been told that my appointment would be cancelled and hung up on. Unacceptable. Happily, Enterprises response to the matter made me have faith in their customer service. I filed a complaint with the corporate office, the lady I spoke to on the phone assured me my reservation would not be cancelled and when I asked if she saw the method of payment I'd be using, she said that it was logged in the system from the previous evening. Which means the manager of this location failed to even research the notes before calling me to inquire about the same information. After I got off the phone with corporate, I quickly received a call from the regional manager who was VERY HELPFUL. She listened to my complaint and set out to find a solution. She told me she'd call me back once she spoke to the manager of the location. That's exactly what she did. She apologized and assured me that the vehicle was there for me to use. When I got to the location, the manager who hung up on my changed his attitude and was kind and professional. I can't help but wonder what would have transpired had he just looked to see what information the gentleman the night before gathered from me? I give enterprise overall an 4 for this interaction for the response to this complaint. If it wasn't for that quick response, this review would be a 1 star. The regional manager exemplifies exactly why I've done business with enterprise for as long as I have. Thanks for your attentiveness.

My experience didn't go so easy...but I'm not here to bash the business...they had a few cars but some had been rented already ...Any ways..I have n luck with renting...Anyways may try them another day ...

I picked up my rental yesterday, August 20th and I am extremely disappointed. The vehicle has a giant hole on the driver side carpet. It smells terrible, seats are stained. The trunk is covered with hair. And not to mention the vehicle registration sticker is expired. I did not notice how disgustingly dirty it was when I picked it up because I just drove straight home and parked it. I did mention the hole and the Enterprise employee apologized about it. But it was today I went grocery shopping and noticed the expired registration sticker and when I opened the trunk to put my groceries up and saw the filth of the trunk. I tried to exchange it today at the Hobby airport location because the Dickinson location is closed on Sunday. The Hobby airport location said they could not exchange it because it was rented at the Dickinson, Texas location and their rentals are under a different system. I understand the shortage of vehicles but there is no excuse for not maintaining the vehicles.
