Greatly appreciate the expedient service. Had an appointment for oil change and received excellent service and didn't have to wait all day. Highly recommend Firestone.

I had my rear drivers side worked on and did not notice that the store put a small dent and scratches on my car next to where the work was done. I reported it once I noticed it and was met with attitude from the manager. I was told that they park the cars at the end of the day and any damage done in the parking lot is not their responsibility. They also do not have cameras to record accountability. Make sure to do a walk around your vehicle before you leave because they are not honest enough to tell you when damage is done.

I don’t know how any body ever uses them. Terrible costumer service and terrible work. Got alignment done and was way off chopped brand new tires up less 20k. Take it back get new tires from them(instead of discount) so the will warranty it now i have to schedule a time to get them rotated (unlike discount walkin) and they still don’t know when they will get to it. O and the first time the did the alignment had my truck 8 hours

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I took my truck on 4/20/24 for a new power steering pump. After replacing the pump, I was called to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle wouldn't start, and it was suggested that I get it towed to a destination of my choice. I refused the suggestion since it was running fine and I drove it in. The only problem was the power steering. After going back and forth with the manager for weeks, I eventually filed a claim on 5/29/2024. I still have not heard from anyone from firestone giving me any information about the vehicle. When I drive by, it's sitting outside. No one from the store has called me with any information. Today makes 2 months that I my vehicle has been sitting at the firestone in Dickinson,TX. Maybe someone can have them call me and give me an update.

This firestone location has excellent customer service. Shoutout to Allen! He was super informative and helpful when it came to all the questions I had. Most definitely will be coming back.

Talking to the agents of their website was horrible. To be a large chain like Firestone, their customer service reflects just how much they care about their customers.
Wendy was extremely rude and hung up the chat on me because I wanted to file a complaint about customer service from a different experience.
I’m a first time customer but this will be my last experience with Firestone

I will give this store credit... They tried to align my car 3 times... Unfortunately they couldn't... I took my car to bensons and they were able to get my alignment within spec for a better price. .. ?

Greeted on arrival, quick intake, fast service and quality staff. Service rendered sooner than anticipated completion time. I have no negative feedback.

Personnel lacks friendliness, price paid at the end was higher than on-line quote, when I asked asked a reason, none of the items they pointed out lined up with the difference, "it is what it is" they said. Ended up paying around 100 dollars more than the on-line quote. If I had know would have chosen another vendor.

I was a walk in with a low tire. They were full, but he said he could get to it in an hour. I waited and got my truck fixed ?

Everything went well except for the wait for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 10:30am and it was done at 2pm , the reason it took so long was because they had to order a part from auto zone.

We always have a great experience with this location. Justin is very informative and takes great care of my car. I actually drive about 70 miles, because we moved, to return to this location.
