Wednesday afternoon spent a few hours with sales women, Connie, looking for loveseat and chair. I found 2 very nice pieces, we brought the chair home, loveseat on order. Connie's very helpful, she sure knows merchandise, and store has lots. Great selection. This is our second time at store. Bought daughter set maybe 4 years ago. Very happy. Knew we would be happy second time around.

I purchased an entire bedroom suit at the Dickinson location and arranged an out of town delivery. When I received the calls and texts to confirm my delivery for the following day, I immediately called the store because my work schedule had changed and I needed to arrange another day for delivery. The manager, Justin, informed me that my options were to take the delivery on the previously scheduled day or come and pick up my items. I have no way to pick up, that's why I scheduled delivery in the first place. I live on my own and recently moved so I have no family or friends nearby to take the delivery for me. He refused to even attempt to re-schedule.Justin was extremely unprofessional on the phone. He argued with me, would not let me speak, and refused to give me a refund or re-schedule the delivery. For a "family owned" business this is honestly the worst customer service I've ever received. I was interested in other pieces at the store but will be taking my business elsewhere since I have also reached out to the owner and requested contact through the customer service email but haven't heard back. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend.

Just purchased a television table from Connie. They have a pretty nice inventory of what looks to be good quality furniture that isn't like the other stores up and down 45. The transaction was easy (no pressure), and I picked the table up myself. Arranging for their help to load the furniture in my truck was a breeze, and the pickup took all of 10 minutes. Overall a good experience. I'll be back.

I would stay away from here bought a couch in January and by Feb I had a bucket list of problems. I even bought there extended warranty and I'm still have this broken couch. My last couch I had for 10 years and no problems ... I'm wishing I didn't give them away now because this "leather" reclining sectional is a piece of crap. Berry convinced us this was the best quality fabric also parker house is the way to go. Well the mechanism of one recliner broke instantly a long with a main support 2x4 and the back of the one hangs and the third leans not to mention the scratches that it arrived with that where painted brown over. For months I've had the run around they sent to service men to document it but do nothing I've sent pictures and have been calling constantly there's always an excuse and they are working on it. Last week I was told I will receive a credit to pick a new couch and that the paper work only took 24 hours but that never happened more excuses I called this week and supposedly Deanna and Justin are working on it on Tuesday I was told I would recoeve a call back my noon and now it's Thursday and all my calls are going unanswered. It's been 5 months of nothing happening. I wish I bought from a different company.

Sales person named Dale was very monotone and not personable, answered questions but i felt he did not want to sell. Insulted me by telling me that the price was too much for me. I guess this place do not need business from people like me. Too bad for Dickinson.

I purchased furniture at the Starfine store on Dickinson,TX on 11/29/2020 and spent $6960.52, they told me the furniture would arrive by the end of February, it seemed like a lot of wait but though it was worth it. Called them at the end of February and they said it was delayed because it was coming from Canada, so they told me to wait until mid March, the first pieces were delivered at the end of March. After they told me the last 2 sofas would arrive by mid April so I gave them an extra week and called today 4/26/2021. I spoke with the manager that happened to be at the Galveston store, because there was nobody in charge at the Dickinson store. Justin DelaGarza told me the sofas are delayed and won't arrive until mid May, I requested a refund. He told me he won't give me a refund but I can come to the store and pick something else. At this point they can't give me a refund on products I purchased 5 months ago yet they haven't even been delivered to my house, or give a real ETA.

They have a great collection of furniture. The staff is very knowledgeable. They know how to decorate and organize furniture appropriately. This helped when my wife and I were unable to decide on some furniture decisions. The staff also aren't car salesman that try to up sale you. They're honest and they will work with you if you're on a budget. They also give honest answers to your questions. Finally, they have had inventory even with the covid crisis putting a strain on their freight logistics. I have been able to stop by every other month over the last year with my wife because of this. This is my favorite furniture store. Nothing comes close. P.S I posted this review on google as well. I just wanna spread the word. Not sure why the rating is so low here on Yelp.

I just want everyone to be aware this location of Star is not doing anything to solve my problem with them holding my money hostage. Stay away from STAR are you will also be a victim of their bad business procudeures.No phone calls, no letters , just total avoidance. This is not a place to spend your hard-earned money at Christmas. If you want deception , fast talk, and be left holding an empty bag , This is your place.

Amazing selection and great quality. Low pressure sales. Wonderful customer service! They bent over backwards to ensure that my new furniture could be moved into my new home on the day of my closing. The manager on his day off went to the warehouse picked up the furniture and brought to this location and loaded it into my uhaul. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with the sales and management team.

I went in looking to buy a full living room and bedroom set. There were 3 employees and 1 other customer in the store. I was not even acknowledged by any of the staff. Very rude as I spent a good amount of time in the store even trying out some of the couches. I guess they dont want to make their sales. I will be taking my business to a store where the employees arent rude and dismissive. Highly disappointed as their inventory was lovely.

This store deserves five stars. Lovely inventory and great prices. Serena was the person that helped us and she was fabulous. No high pressure sales, but to great information! I won't go anywhere else.
