Their organic produce is always super old and rotten. Also I picked up a jar and there was shattered glass all over it and others. Sometimes the cashiers are closed leaving you no choice but to use self checkout. And their buggies are the worst! Rattling and bumping all over the pace like you're trying to push it down a gravel road ?.

I love Krogers rewards, coupons and all it has to offer. My current favorite is the Sushi Guy. During Lent all the Sushi is 15% off. Is it fresh, you ask. I have mine made to order. Friday is my go to day for a quick yummy lunch.

Recently started using this Kroger location and have no complaints. The majority of my orders have used the curbside service, which has been excellent. The staff is friendly, asks if coupons are being used and confirms your substitutions. Food is fresh , bagged well and on time. I have been inside and had no issues. Checkout staff was helpful and friendly as well.

I dropped my debit card in the parking lot earlier today, the staff found it, and turned it into the customer service desk. I was away for several hours before realizing and it was a blessings to have it safe in the care of the Kroger staff. I appreciate the small blessings on an otherwise tough day!

An older store and it shows. The floor is concrete and has had patches done everywhere making the old store even more worn looking. The produce department is arranged nicely, it's overall clean, but the produce is always old like the store and they don't carry a good variety of produce; only the bare and bland basics in the produce world. The pharmacy has so many issues that range from not having your refill ready when the automated refill states to charging my Medicare mother the higher price of the script instead of using her Medicare Part B coverage. The meat/seafood is just ok, but like the produce department they only carry the bare minimum in products and don't offer a nice variety of items; and their meat cuts are horrible!! The freezer department is falling apart, the cases seem older than the store and are always leaking water from underneath!! The only 3 areas that are decent are the deli, bakery, and Starbucks!! The bakery has a really good variety of items and is always cleans and neat. The deli is also always clean and neat with a good variety of items. Starbucks being a chain isn't a Kroger department but they are always clean and I've never gotten a bad cup of coffee.

Never go to this Kroger pharmacy! They tell you things are ready when they're not and it looks like they don't know what they're doing in there. Bridget just ignored me and the rest of the staff there is chaotic

The staff is very helpful and polite/pleasant; been going there for years. Don't know why these people who wrote negatively about staff; wonder if they themselves were rude and impatient. If you treat people with kindness and respect, you'll get the same thing back 99% of time.

Masks are not enforced at this Kroger and management doesn’t seem to care that there’s a global pandemic on the rise that’s killing people daily. I tried voicing my concerns and was basically told to deal with it. Well, I have dealt with it. I’m telling everyone not to shop there and have switched to ALDI & HEB where the service is better and they care about the well-being of their customers. Yesterday I counted 6 people without masks in Kroger and felt so disrespected and sick to my stomach. I’ll never go back.

there were 8 people in line and only 1 register open. people trying to get in and out as fast as we can suffocating with Masks on. that is ridiculous. 4 workers standing around talking that could have opened a register and helped. very disappointing!

5 stars. WooHoo! As good as it gets! The people treat you so shitty you feel forced to buy stuff. Great marketing!! My friends and I bought $300 of groceris in hopes that we wouldnt die on the way out. Although comma this place doesnt compare to my home away from home, the local price chomper. Too many darn stories to count. The one time we food fought on the second floor?!?!?! Yeah... its got two floors.

As we were checking out not only did our cashier crystal turn my cupcakes upside down to scan the barcode but she had attitude and didnt want to seem to be there.

I love the flower and plant selection at this store. Whoever works in the floral department does a great job! I also want to commend the male associate the cleans and sanitizes the carts so that it's safe and clean for us to use. He is always super friendly and jolly. The checkers and baggers are also super friendly. It's a small store but they keep everything in stock especially right now.
