I always use the Take 5 on FM 646. They were busy. I knew I was having to come down to FM517 so I decided to give that Take 5 a try.I pulled up and was asked what I needed? Of course an oil change at the 5-minute oil change place.the young man directs me in. There is one vehicle ahead of me.He goes into what I assume is the office. I'm guessing to finish his lunch. Because when he did return he was eating.I asked if he was by himself. He answered yes.Then I noticed another truck entering the end Bay. I'm thinking poor kid he is by himself and all bays are full.Then the truck in the far Bay kept moving forward. Halfway out of the bay, she stopped got out of her truck used the diagnostic computer, fixed her problem then drove out.I'm thinking this customer must be a regular.She then parked her truck and came into the bays. The young man asked her if she would take my vehicle. That's when I realized she worked here and was on the clock.A third employee arrived while I was writing this. Needless to say, this was not an in-and-out oil change

I’ve used Take 5 several times, at another location. The folks @ 563 were way to busy talking to each other about a coworker who showed up without work pants to listen to anything I said. The guy at the computer was the worst.“Please close the hood carefully” (repeated 5x)“I can’t afford that” (repeated 3x)”My odometer doesn’t work,” (repeated twice). The funniest part of that was the guy said “You should have told me that!” me: I did.Him: “No you didn’t!”Ok dude-whatever.They said they cleaned my windshield, replaced my washer fluid, & checked my tires-none of which they did.I still like Take 5, but I’ll never visit this location (563) again.

If I could give my experience a negative...I would. I have never felt so disrespected in my life than when I had a worker claiming to me a manager screaming and beating on my vehicle for a mistake they had made when guiding my vehicle into the bay for service. I know for a fact there is a guide box area that they use to guide you into place that is on the driver's side. I was being guided into place by a worker directly in front of my vehicle who proceeded to walk next to the driver's window and I was asking him when I should stop. Only to have this disrespectful, belligerent driver's kid on my passenger forward panel beating and screaming at me...WOW. The level of professionalism gets a negative 10. The hood of my vehicle was closed and I was told I can leave....I was then told after their "rant" and my irritated explanation that I was following their guiding worker and being told I was wrong.. even after the gm of the store came out and told me it was all our problem that we didn't communicate correctly. Again the disrespect.Not sure how to finish this off other than to say...I expected more and I don't think I could ever go back to that store. Oh.. then when I was leaving to pull out another worker came to my window and asked me what would I have done if I had knocked him over..?Really.. if they were following there procedures like they were trained there would NOT BEEN ANY ISSUES.I'M DONE....

I went for my annual car inspection. The employees were very polite & courteous. Minimal wait time and in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased.

I’ve visited this location a few days ago and the experience was pleasant. The customer service was extremely polite and professional. I’ve been here about 4x’s and while they seem to have a high staff turnover, they have always all been very kind and thorough .I left off a star because of the price! I try and save money where I can to save for other wants and needs, so seeing as I drive a “used”, when I purchased it 2015, car, I get the most basic/standard oil change offered. I don’t use the most expensive oil because my vehicle doesn’t warrant it. I do change the oil regularly so that’s what’s important in my opinion. So despite this place is literally right around the corner from my house, super convenient and so quick (I’ve never waited more than a few minutes there) I usually try and go somewhere cheaper. I had just been putting it off for a couple weeks and just forced myself to pay the extra $25 rather than drive across the freeway and wait an hour and a half. I would visit here again for sure and I’m sure I will! Too convenient, too simple.

No customer service skills & inexperienced technicians. My girlfriend has been needing an oil change for quite some while once she got her oil change she told me everything this one guy was her. Then I was finally able to check her car and her coolant was really low and there are supposed to top all of you're fluids before you leave very unprofessional and next time do you're fucking job.

Very nice employees but prices are way too expensive. I stopped in to get a quick oil change and left paying way too much. Should have gone to Walmart. Oil change alone was $100. A sign with prices should be posted outside of garage not on inside where they can’t be seen until you are already in garage.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

My husband went to take 5 to get his motorcycle inspected. Upon arrival he went inside to let them know he needed an inspection and was going to have a seat until they were ready. He was then told to go sit on his motorcycle and wait in the heat so when they were ready he could just pull in. He sat on his bike for 20 minutes and it was 90 degrees outside. Poor poor customer service. Never been to a place in 30 years that has such poor customer service in my life. Never will go back again. Spoke with my neighbors and they have had complaints as well. Would rate a 0 if it was available. Absolutely no respect for motorcyclists at all.

The people who actually serviced my car were great but there were two employees in the office chatting for over 30 minutes why customers were waiting. Frustrating when you pay more for convenience and it ens up taking over 30 minutes anyways. Management needs to step up.

I will not return to Dickinson location at 517. That assistant manager needs to take a customer service course or two. My son goes there too. And he said it was Horrible service as well. What a shame

This place has no classI brought my car for an inspection, car did not pass and I was told to bring it after I run the car for approximately 100 miles.I brought the care back the following day (more than a 100 miles after) and waited for them to perform the inspection. One of the guys told me that oil changes take preference, and that I had to wait for two customers who arrived after me because they needed oil changes.I waited, and then two more vehicles arrived and I was told I had to wait.I asked the guy to just refund and I could go somewhere else, then the owner came out and told me to get the F@ck out.Never going back to these idiots!

Chris and Jesse deserve a big shoutout! They totally saved the day when my GMC's oil light started flashing right as we were about to hit the road. Thank goodness we stopped by to grab my minor driver's license, 'cause Dallas-Fort Worth was jam-packed. These awesome guys tackled my truck issue at the last minute, just moments before they closed up shop. Now we're back on track and heading home to Dallas. Seriously, they were like real-life guardian angels. Gotta thank Jesus too, 'cause He always has everything under control. Huge thank you to all involved! ??

Worst ever! Oil change may not be bad but I NEVER asked for my air filter to be changed.. the guy jerked the air filter out did not clean the container out of dirt and didn't snap the filter back in. The ONLY reason I KNOW that?? My check engine light came on. Mass airflow came up on error message. Bought the cleaner because no part in store but ordered the part. My son cleaned the filter for me. Check engine light still on when I'm going to pick up the new part the light goes off. I called take 5 and spoke to the manager. How rude and disgusting.... It is not our fault mass air flow go out all the time.. excuse me so now that it was cleaned out and engine light went off and the fact I didn't have trouble beforehand..... yes it was your fault! Please PLEASE if you go there tell them DO NOT TOUCH my air filters!

I have used Take 5 several times, and always been satisfied. Today that all changed. I was lied to multiple times, as well as the manager refusing to speak with me and them refusing to provide a free vehicle inspection re-test that I believe (according to State of Texas website) they are required to provide. I had to go to another business, and pay another inspection fee. I will be looking for another business for oil changes and inspections.
