For 2 months I have been back and forth with T-Mobile's customer service because my wifi gateway doesn't stay connected to the Internet. After SEVERAL phone calls and attempts to troubleshoot the issue to no avail, they told me to return the unit to the store. I took the gateway to the store only to have the Manager, Amar, plug it in and tell me "It works fine" and completely ignore me when trying to explain that while a device will connect to the gateway, the gateway doesn't connect to the Internet. He just brushed me off and was no help, all why treating me like I was the problem. Well Mr. Amar, upon calling customer service once again, I find out that when he (Amar) initially set up the gateway, he put some random address in another town onto my account, therefore causing the gateway not to function as it should. I have been paying for equipment for 2 months that hasn't worked. Customer service said to ask the store for a refund, the store told me they won't refund it and told me just to cancel my service. I plan on it. I will cancel it all (phone and Internet) and switch to a company that actually cares about it's customers and wants to retain them. Thanks for charging me for 2 months of frustration and disappointment.

Went to pay my phone bill after getting off from working 10 hrs and the lady tells me I need a mask..last I checked the mandate for face masks was lifted. Maybe she just didn't wanna do her job. Customer service should be included in the job training. If u require a face mask then provide the to your customers.
