This use to be a great storage facility when it was called High Point Storage, a Christian own business. I'd had my things stored here for many, many years. My monthly rent was $155 and it was never raised. Then Public Storage took over and everything went to HELL! Every year since PS took over my monthly rent has increased $100, now I'm paying almost $600 a month for a small unit! Public Storage is an absolute rip off. The manager here at Public Storage, 5600 FM 646 Rd. W., Dickinson, TX 77539 is HORRIBLE. I've left over 6 messages within a week and was never called back. I tried to report her to PS HD's office but they told me to contact the local manager where I rent and they would provide me the PS HQ's email address, but again I've never received a call back. Do Not rent here unless you want to be ripped off!! Also, this facility is located in a FLOODPLAIN, it flooded terribly during Hurricane Harvey, several feet of water I lost almost everything. This facility will flood again during the next big storm, it's just a matter of time.

I will NEVER get a storage unit from them again! I have never had so many problems! They never have any one in the office and they don’t return phone calls!
The Manager called me and he took everything I said and made it right!
I am very happy!
