Joseph is the gentleman that worked with. We were here at public storage to pick up our winnings from storage treasures since we won a auction. Joseph was very helpful, he explained everything to A tee. He was awesome.

Using this public storage location to continue our work has been wonderful for our team. I would personally like to thank ROBIN for checking on everything that we need while we are here. She comes around on the cart and check on customers all the time while she's cleaning the storage and doing maintenance work. She takes pride in the company.

The Dickinson location management are professional and courteous. The facility is well maintained and secure. However, the corporate strategy is to quote you an inexpensive rate and then increase the rate by excessive amounts, approximately $50 every 6 months.I personally will never do business with Public Storage. I recommend you do the same.

The property manager at this bay colony location goes over and beyond to address any issue that arises ! Ms.Janice is expeditious in resolving any and all concerns..She is always present and frequently surveys the property. She keeps this property immaculate!! Kudos and hats off to her for her impeccable customer service skills; which nowadays is almost non existence!
