I had not set up my ford pass rewards yet and was so lost on how to redeem rewards! The lady’s behind the receptionist counter are so much help! They were able to set up on my rewards in about 2 minutes! All with a smile! Great customer service!

I always use this location for my oil changes and quick maintenance for my trucks. I always get there right at 7 so I’m in and out pretty quickly. I was there this morning.

They always do a great job on our cars.
I didn’t even have an appointment and yes some were waiting but I was there for probably an hour. Very reasonable compared to other places I have heard. Been taking our cars there for years! Worth the drive for me. Nice spacious places to sit and if you have work to do it’s no issue. Bathroom is clean.

Just needed a battery. Didn’t put the battery cover back on correctly. A minor thing but just floating loose in the engine compartment. Got the car back with a check engine light. Told to just drive around a little for it to clear. They don’t have the equipment to reset. That means they didn’t reset the BMS either which should be done for this type of car. I expected more from the dealer.
