Connie at StarFine Furniture was so friendly and extremely helpful with choosing furniture and accessories for my new addition to my home. She was conscious of helping me stay within my budget. I would definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and family.

Wednesday afternoon spent a few hours with sales women, Connie, looking for loveseat and chair. I found 2 very nice pieces, we brought the chair home, loveseat on order. Connie's very helpful, she sure knows merchandise, and store has lots. Great selection. This is our second time at store. Bought daughter set maybe 4 years ago. Very happy. Knew we would be happy second time around.

I almost didn’t go based on the prices I saw online BUT I’m so glad I did. I found the perfect, most comfortable (and affordable) living room furniture and everyone there was helpful and super friendly. The best part is that I will have my new furniture in four days!!

I purchased an entire bedroom suit at the Dickinson location and arranged an out of town delivery. When I received the calls and texts to confirm my delivery for the following day, I immediately called the store because my work schedule had changed and I needed to arrange another day for delivery. The manager, Justin, informed me that my options were to take the delivery on the previously scheduled day or come and pick up my items. I have no way to pick up, that's why I scheduled delivery in the first place. I live on my own and recently moved so I have no family or friends nearby to take the delivery for me. He refused to even attempt to re-schedule.Justin was extremely unprofessional on the phone. He argued with me, would not let me speak, and refused to give me a refund or re-schedule the delivery. For a "family owned" business this is honestly the worst customer service I've ever received. I was interested in other pieces at the store but will be taking my business elsewhere since I have also reached out to the owner and requested contact through the customer service email but haven't heard back. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend.

Wow! Star Fine furniture is THE BEST!The sales people and manager are so helpful and are knowledgeable on the furniture that they carry. I have almost filled my entire home with furniture from there. Some I have had for nearly 10 years with ZERO problems. We love this place and will always choose Star Fine for our home needs!

With so many places to go , this time we stopped in Star and I am truly glad we did. Such a pleasure from the outfit of the store to the no hassle sales people ! Connie is an absolute gem. We are proud to support local and after such a lovely experience we will buy again!

Worst experience of my life! I hate I ever purchased furniture from this store. I purchased a Flexsteel power loveseat that was delivered defective and they have refused to replace it with a new one or even attempted repair it. I was told by the service tech that a part would be ordered to repair it and I have been waiting two months for this mystery part. When I contacted Flexsteel, Flexsteel stated that no part had ever been ordered by the company and that the company stated they replaced the loveseat twice which is a lie! I am still stuck with this defective loveseat!! To add injury to insult, the service tech does not even have the decency to return my call and state that they will not repair the loveseat. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

Do not buy anything from this place. They will sell you one thing "in store" and deliver you something else and tell you that's what you bought. The manager is very rude and does not listen. He will walk away from the conversation even when you're speaking to him mid sentence. I think his name was Angel. I won't be buying from them ever again.

Just purchased a television table from Connie. They have a pretty nice inventory of what looks to be good quality furniture that isn't like the other stores up and down 45. The transaction was easy (no pressure), and I picked the table up myself. Arranging for their help to load the furniture in my truck was a breeze, and the pickup took all of 10 minutes. Overall a good experience. I'll be back.
