This shop is way over priced for the type of work they perform... Kevin's tech are paid by commission based. Kevin is very unprofessional... I expressed to him my brake lights are now not working... he stated "well how do I know they worked when it came in" all this means is Kevin did not do a complete walk around of my car. And the tells me after spending 11k that I now have to get the car back to 100% This shop is a 1 star at best!

Took Itasca Sunflyer motorhome here for oil, lube and transmission service. Did a thorough job and gave personal recommendations. Very positive experience. Finished our trip trouble free with better transmission shifting. Thank you from Beaconia Manitoba Canada!

I usually do not write reviews with the more I thought about it the more I was pissed off . I would definitely stay away from the mechanic Robert . Brought my vehicle in for diagnostic test. I agree with part of the charges, but when I ask what the other charges was for was given the runaround. Sounded more like a car salesman when called out on his bull$hit. Follow up with this review. Believe it some of these mechanics are shady as hell . When you ask what was done to your car to justify the high invoice they gave you . Tech tells you what he did to check your vehicle out . Then you question the results . He starts back tracking say you know what I mean . Then you question the next test he performed and you realize he didn’t do that test at all . That’s when you realize you have been scammed. Took it to the shop down the road and they figured out what was wrong with while I waited . And it was a 1/4 off the price of what the other shop charged me . And they Still could not tell me what was wrong. I am not say all the tech at the shop are crooks but be careful.

Former employee here. RV technician of 10 years. All the mechanics here are outstanding. Bill, David, and Robert are top tier among the many men i have worked with, out of many, many shops. Not to mention Curtis Bailey in the RV department and his dedication to perfection and customer satisfaction like no other. Few technicians of his quality exist. Theresea is communicative, dependable, and responsible in the front, so dont expect to get the run around from her. Even the upper management are good people like Greg, who is compassionate and trustworthy, and Kevin, who shares an enthusiasm for all things fast, loud, and fast, like few people understand. I wouldn't put my name out there for many people as a tradesmen, but at All American, you're safe to get an oil change, a roof on your RV, a diagnostic for a check engine light, a full restoration, and then some on your classic race or show car, or even a jacuzzi installed in your slideout. Point being, this isn't just a company, but a group of excellent individuals you can trust.

I normally do not write reviews but I would like to warn others about this place!
If I could give them no stars I would! They were going to charge me over $2,000 to repair my tensioner pulley on my Sprinter van - I already knew what was wrong with the vehicle ,when I brought it to them- they insisted on doing a "diagnostic($200)" they ended up charging over $400 to do NOTHING- I had to have it towed there,so I again towed it down the road and they fixed the problem there for $376!!! ?
These guys are HIGHWAY ROBBERS! (Beware- especially if you are a woman!) Totally took advantage of the situation.

I called Jeff and told him what was happening with the car and what O'Reillys said might be wrong and he pretty much diagnosed it over the phone, got the parts and was at my house that day and fixed the car. Reasonably priced and friendly!

My dad gave me his 1966 Olds Toronado - an Ohio car that had sat for about 25 years. I knew the car would need a lot of work and attention, and All American Automotive was recommended by some classic car owners in my neighborhood. They work on classics, moderns, diesels and RVs!I called to add myself to their waitlist and was happy when they called! I had the car towed in, and they worked tirelessly on her for a month. I appreciated that the owner, Kevin, took the time to go through all of the items that they noticed on inspection. He included a thorough list and estimated prices for each line item, and then talked through the list with me at length to decide what was a 'must have' and what was a 'wish list' item. He also told me what items i could do myself to save money, and gave me pointers on how to do them. Anytime something would come up that would cause additional cost or time, he was sure to call and inform me.I also appreciated that Kevin took the time to teach me about my car in a respectful and friendly way! All too often, as a woman, I feel slighted by mechanics who think that I either don't know or don't care about what is going on.Kevin went the extra mile when my car died on her drive home from the shop. He met me at the gas station where I was dead in the water, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part for us that we picked up around the corner, and installed it right there in the gas station parking lot. then followed me home to make sure it was ok! I've never experienced such great service and dedication from a shop before. He's earned a customer for life!

Stay away from this auto and RV repair shop unless you want to be ripped off. Went in for an oil change on my RV. They suggested I also change the oil on the RV's small generator.I approve the work, on my Ford E 350 24 Ft RV, without requesting a quote on charges. They did try to check out a loose wire which they did not fixed. Went to pick up my RV and was presented a bill for $792.53. Lesson learned! Never go back to this place and always ask for a quote even on a minor work like oil change before you let anyone work on your vehicle. Worst experience I have ever had in an automotive repair shop, cannot express enough how bad it was. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

Curtis handled multiple RV issues in my RV motorhome. There was not a problem that he didn’t know how to repair. He was always courteous and kept me updated about what he recommended and got my approval before proceeding. The repairs were promptly and very professionally done. I highly recommend All-American and this will be my go-to place for any future issues.Services: Body & Trim

The folks at All American are great. They did maintenance on my RV and though it was complicated it only took a few days. They kept me updated step by step. Special thanks the Kevin, Theresa, Dave and especially Curtis. When it comes to RV maintenance the only place to go is All American Auto Repair.Service: Auto maintenance

I had my exhaust done here they swapped out a muffler and did a cat delete it sounds great. They where super helpful and gave me a verbal quote and said they could do it same day! That was pretty awesome. Good clean work they had flowmasteres in stock and he was ready to put them on. Can't ask for more than that
