Cane to Dickinson walgreen for photo print , but after struggling few minutes asked to cashier( Christina) that the cable is not working , she went to get other cable and soo. She came to me other customer came with camera to print photo So cashier told me to move so got off fron chair I thought she is connecting cable for me but she ask the other customer ( in Spanish) to give her camera and she connect ot print his photo,I WAS BIT SURPRISED, than she gave me cable and left so i sat and start updating my photoes than another lady came so cashier said something to her ( in Spanish) than ecry 30 seconds she ask me Do you need her , she asked me around 8 times in three minutes so i left

Went there and my total was 11.98 for two bags of chips and gave her 30$ and only got 11 in change when I brought it up i was told i was wrong and my change was 11 and not 18 as it said on the receipt

Pull into pharmacy drive through @12:55.Two cars in front of me, inside lane, one car in outside lane. Car in outside lane is waited on and leaves. The first car at window finally leaves. The Range Rover in front of me pulls up to window. We are the only two at drive through. By this time it is 12:15. Black Jeep SUV pulls into outside lane, is waited on and leaves. In the mean time, the Range Rover/pharmacist are trying to figure out what is going on. I finally get to window at 1:23 and ask why the black Jeep was waited on left while the Range Rover was still at window trying to figure out who is on first base. I was told whoever gets there first is served. Can’t help stupid..and they are handling narcotics. Walgreens drive through pharmacy from Hell.

I am absolutely sick of rude employees at Walgreens. The girl with the long black straight hair and contacts to make her eyes blue was so rude to me just now when I inquired about an incorrect price on a charger. The chargers were apparently in the incorrect place but rather than apologizing for the inconvenience and helping me identify the problem, she rudely pointed out that the label said BK on the barcode which clearly means a black charger and not a white charger, like I am supposed to know how to read Walgreens barcode descriptions. I am a business owner and college graduate, so for someone to talk down to me and act so rudely is beyond me. If I spoke to my customers this way, I wouldn't have any.

Had a prescription sent there and I used the app and prepaid for it. I was alerted the medicine was ready for pick up. Once we got there they were have issues confirming payments from the app. Even though the app showed it was paid for and ready, they couldn't pull the code. While trying to figure out how to fix it, Anna the pharmacist said I'm closing, then shut the window cage in my face, in the middle of me speaking. She then yelled through the gate for me to come back in 3-5 days and went to lunch. Pharmacist La take an oath and have good code of ethics, she didn't follow them. We are moving our business somewhere else. We called the district customer service location and the store manager but we doubt anything was ever really said or done.

Absolutely ridiculous just waited in the pharmacy line in my car, 1st In line for 25 minutes only for them to say someone deleted my info on the computer and I need to come in the store. What's the point of a drive thru?

Rudest bunch of pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered. I know you folks work hard and see a lot of sick people but I was very kind and super polite and was treated rudely. This is not helpful and certainly not necessary.

Worse Walgreens ever,rude unprofessional under trained one I've ever been to.the pharmacy technician had such an attitude that we had our scripts transferred to walmart.sorry excuse for a Walgreens

This Walgreens is usually pretty good. They have what I need in stock, etc. Being Walgreens unless its on sale though, its pricey. But its convenient so I go there in a pinch. The other day I went in at around 1:30 in the afternoon to get a couple things and I thought I would get my flu shot. NOT! The pharmacy wasn’t even open! So I see a pharmacy employee walking down an aisle, and I stopped her to simply ask a question. She informed me that she was on her break and kept walking. I said ‘I just have a question!’ But she couldn’t have cared less about me. I yelled back at her that she must have a really good lunch because she can’t even answer a question. I told the cashier and he said he knew who that was. When I asked him why the pharmacy was closed, he said they close for lunch! WHAT???? I know this is a small town, but I’ve never seen or heard of a busy national chain completely closing the pharmacy for lunch. Whatever works for them, but I’m glad I don’t use their pharmacy. Its just sad that people with jobs aren’t very interested in doing them.

Whitney and everyone here at the pharmacy was amazing they told me to get the prescription discount card and saved me 20$ on my script. Fantastic customer service i will continue to come back to this location now. They are simply awesome.

I tried to call to ask a question of the pharmacy, waited on hold for 25 minutes. Then when I was next, they hung up on me. Called back. Waited 12 minutes, got hung up on. Called back, spoke to manager who had to walk to the pharmacy to ask my one question and respond to me. Manager was great, everyone else was not.

my boyfriend and i went in to get his covid shot and we were the second ones in line. they told him to sit down and they’d call him. forty minutes later, they’ve helped other people and we are still sitting. they then call us to fill out a sheet and then we proceed to sit for another 20 minutes. service was ridiculous and lazy.
